  First time I went to the location, I had no complaints. This most recent time today, the food I ordered felt like it had been left out for a while and was barely warm. I love Arby's but that visit wasn't enjoyable.

  Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for TWO (2) items and when we finally got them, they weren’t even the correct items. We went into the store to get our correct items and it took them 10 more minutes to get us our correct order, which was cold. There were 3 workers that were doing absolutely nothing and only one guy in the kitchen who was moving at a snail’s pace. Pretty sure I’ve seen molasses move faster than he was. It wasn’t even busy either. We were one of two groups in the entire establishment, and the other group also got the wrong order. We will not be coming back.

  Order was fresh and right. Excellent customer service and everything tasted excellent.
