  Stopped by 7 Brew Coffee because the line was packed, so I figured it had to be worth trying. Honestly, I get the hype now. The workers were super upbeat and actually seemed like they enjoyed being there, which made the whole experience better. I ordered an iced coffee, and it came out fast even with a bunch of cars ahead of me. The drink was smooth, flavorful, and not overloaded with sugar like some coffee places. The prices were fair, and the service was probably the fastest I’ve had at a drive-thru coffee spot. You can tell they have their system down. If you’re looking for a good coffee without waiting forever, this place is definitely worth the stop. I’ll for sure be pulling up again to try a few more drinks from the menu.

  This place is absolutely terrible. I used to be a regular customer and always ordered a latte, but the quality was never consistent. Sometimes it was good, and other times it tasted like coffee-flavored water. Because of that, I decided to order a cappuccino for a stronger coffee taste. The employee asked if I wanted a 12 oz or 16 oz, and I chose 16 oz. When they handed me the drink, the cup felt strangely light, but I was in a hurry and thought maybe I was imagining it. When I got home, I opened the lid and was shocked. There were only about 3–4 oz of actual drink, and the rest of the 16 oz cup was just foam. Seriously? You charge me for a 16 oz drink and fill almost the entire cup with foam? What made it even worse was the customer service. I emailed support and explained the situation. They replied that cappuccinos have a standard amount of milk and espresso, so it doesn’t matter whether you order a 4 oz or a 16 oz size, the amount of actual drink stays almost the same and the rest is foam. How is that acceptable? Why didn’t your employee tell me before taking my order? If I order a 16 oz drink, I expect to receive a 16 oz drink, not 3–4 oz of liquid and a cup full of foam. I replied explaining that this was misleading and unfair, and I’ve now been ignored for almost two weeks🤦🏽‍♀️😂 For a large chain, your customer service is unbelievably bad. I consider this deceptive. If a cappuccino can’t actually be made larger, then tell customers that before selling them a bigger size. Don’t offer a size that isn’t really a larger drink. The photo shows the coffee right after I took the lid off. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take another picture after I removed the foam. The foam went almost all the way to the bottom of the cup. 😂 And today, I decided to give this place one last chance. I asked my boyfriend to buy me a latte. He brought it home, and it was so hot that I burned my mouth. I’ve never been served a latte that hot before. It also tasted like watered-down coffee, so I just put it in the garbage again. Buying your coffee is just a waste of money. This was my last visit. I’d rather have no coffee at all than come back here. Absolutely awful.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

  I was excited to try the well known banana coffee, but it was just okay. The service is great, the coffee is VERY sweet so just be aware if you don't prefer that. I am more of a touch of creamer gal.
