  If I could give a -10 star rating I would I’ve always like the subway on Main Street in price I go there a few times or more a month well that won’t be happening again I can’t believe how rude the older lady I think I read her name was Lucy or something but either way I’ve never had worse customer service from anyone like I did today she should be fired I can’t believe how aweful she was she thinks she’s funny when she does it it’s not funny to act like she does I won’t be going back I hope her manager looks into the way she acts and gets rid of her she needs to figure out customer relations cuz she don’t have a clue as to how to speak to people fire her she is just a bad person behind the counter

  The service is awful. I placed an order for the meal of the day using the app. App confirmed that my “order was ready” and the cashier confirmed that they had received it, but they hadn’t even started it. The staff then proceeded to continue to serve walk in customers for the next 20-plus minutes and not even acknowledge the 4 online orders that were waiting. Do not come here, they do not value your time.

  Dude is out here on his first shift with 7 customers and his coworker is sitting in the back doing lord knows what. Dakota did great, his co-workers was “not feeling well”. If that’s the case 1 she should’ve not come into work, and 2 if she did she should at least be running the register to help.
