  Every time i order no onions on my burgers and 90 percent of the time there are onoins in places they dont regularly put them if i sisnt smell them instantly i would take a bite. And then all i get is to wait for them to remake them and wait longer with barley a sorry

  Ordered breakfast came out in an orderly fashion. Opened bag no fork no syrup waited in by front counter to ask for fork and syrup. For 15 minutes. NOT ONE person asked if I needed anything. I ended up not eating pancakes. I been to this establishment multiple times. Everytime I come there is an issue.

  It is very, very cold inside, our fingers were so cold and we were shivering. The buns were very dry, the fries were not all cooked evenly, and the food was cold by the time it arrived at our table. The cheese on our cheeseburger was not melted at all. My chicken sandwich came in the wrong box also, which nade me think they got our order wrong. Most of the tables were dirty and the floor had not been swept.

  Cheese wasn't melted, burger was cold, not even heat lamp warmed, just cold. The McChicken was slightly warm, but still colder then it should be. Fries absolutely were not done all the way at all. If I get food poisoning I know who to blame.

  The Big Mac was very good and came out quickly. Good service. So why 1 star? I got this Big Mac free for doing an online survey after eating at another McDonald's a few weeks ago. The receipt said "Free Big Mac...when you mark ALL HIGHLY SATISFIED". A web search I did later said they will give it to you even if you don't mark ALL HIGHLY SATISFIED. If that is the case, the receipt is LYING. If it's not the case, it's BRIBERY. Has to be one or the other. This should not be legal and needs to be fixed.
