  Shaina is the reason I keep coming back to this Dutch Bros! She’s always super energetic and friendly, even during the busiest rushes. Makes every drink perfectly, my go-to Golden Eagles are consistently the best I’ve had. She remembers orders, adds fun little touches, and just makes the whole drive-thru experience feel welcoming. Top-tier energy and skill! If she’s working, you’re in for a great drink and a good vibe!

  I stopped by this coffee shop and had one of the best Caramelizer drinks I’ve had in a long time. It was perfectly balanced—smooth, rich, and full of flavor without being overly sweet. You can tell they take pride in making quality drinks. A special shoutout to Shaina, who provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude and attention to detail. Great coffee and outstanding service like this are exactly why I’ll be coming back. Highly recommend!

  i really hate to leave anything but five stars…the drinks are always good, consistent (unlike st*rb*cks), feels high quality, and the staff is always nice. but the drive thru situation is genuinely terrible. it’s like a coin toss whenever i come here. there have been numerous times where i am waiting in line for 15~ minutes. im sure part of it is the design/layout of the drive thru… but at the same time ill go to a different location and not have this problem?? idk. if this part was consistent i’d come here more but i just can’t 🕳️ 🚶‍♀️💔

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a regular at this Dutch Bros location in Pleasant View for over two years, and it is hands down my favorite Dutch Bros anywhere! I travel frequently and have visited many Dutch Bros locations across several states, but this one consistently stands out above the rest. The Broistas are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about making each customer’s day a little brighter. My drinks are always made perfectly and taste amazing every time. One of my favorite things is the little surprise drawings and positive messages they write on my lids sometimes. Those simple acts of kindness have brightened my day more times than I can count. The staff creates such a positive atmosphere, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for great coffee, excellent service, and a team that truly makes you smile, this is the Dutch Bros to visit. Thank you for making my mornings better for the last two years! ☕❤️ Highly recommend!

  First time at Dutch Bros. I ordered a large Hopscotch protein mocha. I was unimpressed by the lack of any flavor. I expected the caramel, salted caramel, chocolate syrups, and caramel drizzle to come through more than they did. Advertised as "packed" with these ingredients, I instead felt as if they were missing entirely. I didn't ask how many espresso shots came in this large drink but I also felt it was lacking in this area too. While I wasn't expecting an overly sugary drink, I also wasn't expecting a large serving of iced milk which is what I ended up with. Service was great, everyone was nice! I was not pleased with the drink.
