- JHJoyce Hirsch2 days ago1.0My recent visit was enlightening. The sandwhich was missing the chicken. I tried to call them only to get a recording stating they could not take my call. I understand that mistakes happen. What I don’t understand is the lack of service to rectify the issue.
- EJEmilee Jackson2 days ago2.0This chick-fil-a needs a little more training for their employees. It’s the most convenient one for me now so i come here most often. The food has been inconsistent at best. The chicken nuggets are small and hard half of the time. When I dine in no one comes to see if i need a refill on my drink like other locations. (Even with the same owner.) This morning i got food to share with my daughter and they gave me the wrong size hash brown and a 4 ct chicken mini instead of my 12 ct. I will update if they help to rectify the situation.
- CWCamren Waikart5 days ago1.0I hate giving bad ratings but this store has it coming. I've been here quite a bit, but this was the final straw. I typically do mobile order, both inside the store and out it is somehow consistently slower than if you would have just ordered on site. The staff are always in a bad mood, rolling their eyes and making it seem like you're a nuisance. Now the food, it always seems like im getting the outside/ends of the potato for the fries and the burnt crumbs left at the bottom which are mostly breading anyway for the nuggets. This last time I went they forgot all my sauce again! I never have these problems at the 12th street location!

Not a huge deal as I had extra sauce already. However this last time I ordered I bought a cookie because I had points for it. So I used points. However when my order came my cookie was missing. I will no longer order door dash from this location.
