  We have a kid with food allergies. We did our research online and then we went to this location and the employees answered additional questions and helped us feel confident and safe. Any family who deals with food allergies understands how important this is and I felt so grateful for the staff that they took the time and care with us .

  Nothing “freaky fast” with the service here. Other locations are on the ball with fast service, definitely not this one.

  Great customer service! I had a problem with my rewards not being loaded, and even though it was no fault of the store, Erik the manager was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and compensated for the error. Will definitely go back to this one!

  Placed a large order of lunch boxes for a traveling lacrosse team. Ordered over the phone because the purchase was tax exempt- it’s always a pain because every restaurant handles tax exempt purchases differently. However, this Jimmy John’s was efficient and organized- making the purchase no more difficult than any other regular purchase. They had the food organized and ready to go when I arrived for pickup- they provide really nice, sturdy bags for picking up big orders. Really appreciate how easy it was and the food was delicious!
