  This place has gotten terrible. Use to be my favorite location but every single time I’ve gone this past month, they’ve messed up my order EVERYTIME. This was just the cherry ontop, didn’t give me the right toppings, didn’t cut the sandwhich in half, gave me the wrong fountain drink, no straw, and the wrong bag of chips, it’s just a joke now.

  Genuinely the fastest JJ’s I’ve ever been to, every time I go. Somehow it doesn’t matter who’s on shift, they know how to prepare consistent sandwiches while keeping the utmost efficiency. Great friendly staff, clean lobby, and fresh tasting food.

  Didn't realize not all Jimmy John's sell Simply Lemonade in the bottle:( Food tasted just as great as it always is but service wasn't great. They seemed preoccupied with something so idk what was going on. But other than that they were pretty slow, not just for my sandwich but also to take someone else's order. I'm hoping this was a one time thing and that they were having trouble with something in the store. Honestly couldn't tell ya. If they were, I honestly would've appreciated being told so I was aware. Everything didn't take insanely long, just like an extra 5-10 of what I was expecting. But the building was cool and the chairs were clean so I didn't mind waiting. Mostly felt bad for the girl who waiting over 5 minutes to have her order taken

  We have a kid with food allergies. We did our research online and then we went to this location and the employees answered additional questions and helped us feel confident and safe. Any family who deals with food allergies understands how important this is and I felt so grateful for the staff that they took the time and care with us .
