- ESElizabeth SanchezMay 11, 20261.0I used to like coming to my local location but today around 10:40pm I paid partially in cash and overhead them through the passenger seat talk about how “ this $5 dollar looks fake. “ “ I never seen $5 bill like this. “ Like … let’s be for real, oh and yeah I still tipped on the app 🙄. Hire employees who won’t bad talk when the window is wide open. Thanks.

Every single time I go here the workers are sitting around talking to their friends that are in the drive through making it take at least 20 minutes to get your drinks. They pay no attention to who’s in line first so you could show up first and there’s still 2 cars that get in front of you, usually because they are talking to their friends.

Today(04/30) the one girl(yellow vest and a bandanna in her hair ) taking orders had an EXTREMELY hard time not talking to their relative and took over 5 minutes to finish the cars order. It’s morning rush and A LOT of cars in both lanes. The guy at the window was nice and so was the other girl taking the orders. I get that family wants to come and see their loved ones working, but do it quickly.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
