- MCMar Ce5 days ago1.0Everything went wrong with my order. I selected carside delivery, but I had to get out of my car and go inside because they never brought my order to my car. I even called the store and told them I had an order for pickup. They told me it was already ready, but they never made any attempt to bring it out to my car. I ended up having to go inside and get it myself. So what’s the point of having this option available in the app if they never actually follow through with it? Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this location.

Transferred to the driver that said they delivered my order. When I explained the pizza was not delivered. Told me that I must have my address wrong. I tried to explain that I do not have my address wrong I have lived at the same home for years and have ordered before with no problems. I was immediately cut off. Said he has been delivering for years and he doesn’t make mistakes. Driver said he spoke to his manager and they trust him not me. When I asked to speak to his manager he went on to say that he has worked at this location for over a year and has worked for dominos for 2 years. Said it is not their problem if someone stole my food and hung up on me. Absolutely horrible customer service. No options no remorse no anything. Just a straight hang up. No food. Wasted money and horrible customer service.

The store wasn't busy, but my pizza wasn't even cut all the way through, and it wasn't ready when the app said to come pick it up. It ended up being late. The employee complained about not getting a tip. He didn't even come to the register, was playing on his phone, and asked out loud, "Tip? Is that cash?" I had already prepaid. You didn't do anything that earned a tip. There was no delivery, the pizza wasn't even cut properly, it wasn't ready on time, and you were on your phone instead of helping customers. I'm glad I didn't tip. Overall, a very average Domino's experience for 2026. They got my order eventually, but it definitely wasn't above-and-beyond service. Hence 3 stars the service 1 star the atmosphere 1 star mabye next time buddy. Well it's for a birthday 🎂 so we got a tasty pizza 🍕 😋 So managers its on you do with what you will here it was good but that kinda attitude is wild.. dont wanna come here anymore
