First the rice was completely undercooked, second there were several hairs in my food, and now there is no chicken in the chicken bowl I ordered. This place is consistently shockingly bad. I like chipotle so I kept hoping it was a one off mistake, but this location is just terrible

The girl with black hair working the front register/drive through was SO nice, made me a (beautiful) new quesadilla, and gave me some chips and queso for the trouble. Four stars because this is not the first time my order has been messed up at this location and I’ve had to go back, but my experience today really helped bring back a positive feeling toward this location. Hopefully things are evolving to better service and higher standards.
