  As far as fast food, they've always got my order right, which is saying something. I go way too often.

  Manager at this Taco Bell is unbelievable!! Basically tosses your drinks to you because you make an observation that they gave you the wrong drink when you clearly have it as the right drink on your phone. Very rude you have a vape in your hand going through the drive through even though it's not anywhere near your mouth he tells you that he doesn't allow vaping in his store not to blow it in there I will never in my life go to this Taco Bell again this manager is somebody that needs to be a dog trainer not in customer service!!

  Our order was 40 minutes for 1 combo meal. I had to go ask them about it, and the little girl apologized. However, the manager on shift could be heard by me and others waiting “sorry, not sorry”. This place is the worst of the worst for service. The only reason it’s here is it is cheap food. I won’t be coming back though.

  I had a really disappointing experience at the Taco Bell in Payson, Utah on March 12 around 7:45 PM. I placed an online order for pickup and went through the drive-thru, which I’ve done many times before at this location. I have a bad knee, so going inside isn’t ideal for me. When I told the employee I was picking up an order, I was immediately told to come inside in a rude tone. When I tried to explain that I’ve picked up through the drive-thru before, I was cut off and told to pull forward. At the window, the employee (who said her name was Misty) rolled her eyes, handed me my order very roughly, and slammed the window shut. When I checked my order and waited, she came back and said “What now?” in a rude tone and rolled her eyes again before slamming the window a second time. I stayed calm the entire time and was just trying to pick up an order that was already paid for. This wasn’t about a mistake with food—it was about how I was treated. I did reach out to corporate and was told a manager would contact me within 3–7 business days. It has now been over a week with no follow-up. This is the closest Taco Bell to my home, but based on this experience and the lack of follow-up, I’ll likely go out of my way to another location.
