  This place is awful! They need new management immediately! This place is so slow and the staff never have gloves on! This is a brand new facility, and it's absolutely disgusting on a regular basis!

  Orders consistently incorrect at this location and management does not know how to be effective managers. This is a newer location that was recently build and I would highly recommend NOT going to this location and going to the other one in Payson that has been around longer and has better customer service as well as accurate order delivery.

  Corporate makes getting in contact with support impossible. They literally gave us a receipt with a phone number that doesn't work. The woman employee was nice, but the man who helped us gave attitude. Not worth it. Drive 3 minutes to the other side of town. That location is 50x better even though it's old.

  Consistently getting wrong orders when I order online from this location. This is a brand new location and I would highly recommend going to the other McDonald’s in Payson over this new one due to better service and accurate order delivery.

  Watched them hand a bag to the truck behind us, the truck took it and then gave it back, then they brought it to us, we opened it it wasnt ours either so now 2 peoole handled the hashbrowns to see what was in the order Hopefully they didnt give it to someone else. That being said, our order must have went to someone else becaus all 4 cars behind us got their food and left and we are still sitting here.
