  I ordered ahead on a Sunday morning. Pulled into the pick up spot and it didn’t register the spot so I had to go in which was fine, however, I went in to pick up my food. There was one other guy standing at the counter, and 3 guys that followed me in. In the first 10 minutes I stood there no one came out to the front counter. The three guys ordered on the screens and then approached the counter and called out to a friend working. He took their payment and joked with them and did NOT acknowledge either myself or the other customer standing there, he also called a manager up to approve the payment for the 3 guys and then they both went to the back. The other customer went and sat down to wait, it’s now been almost 20 minutes that I’ve been standing here with no help, 9 cars had gone through the drive up so I walked into the back a little ways where there were 10 people working, and I called out “excuse me?” Before anyone noticed I was there. The guy that helped me was very quick, he knew which order I was asking about to pick up and he apologized for it taking so long. No one approached the counter or came out to check the front while I was there, aside from the kid who came out to help his friends who ignored us and then went back to the back. By far the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

  I love the breakfast burritos with mild picante sauce. I use the online app to order, orders have always been correct so far and staff is always pleasant. Fries and potato patties are best when fresh out of the fryer, IMO.

  It's a McDonalds so can't expect too much, but this is one of the better stores I've been to
