  I am aware that this is a McDonald’s so I am not holding a high standard. Do yourself a favor and go to the one off the other exit. I don’t understand how they make the food worse at this one. They will also never get your order right, even without adding or changing things.

  Food took forever, play place was closed for cleaning, but it didn't appear to be being cleaned, and we were there quite a while and it never opened. No high chairs, so if you have a grabby baby to feed, good luck.

  We went inside, it was a big mistake. Every single kiosk was broken. First one was frozen on the home screen. The other ones would let you start your order, then jump to "kiosk out of order" . It was so frustrating. There was no one at the register. I stood at the front register and had to yell to the back if someone could please come help. One lady finally came to the front, and then told someone else to come help us. After ordering our food, it took forever to get it. Other people came in and they had the same experience. We ordered 3 cookies and waited over 15 minutes for them. Skip this location. If I could give them zero stars I would. Maybe stick to the drive thru.

  Every time I come here, there’s ALWAYS. something wrong. Whether it’s the wait time, something missing, or the food coming out stale and cold. It’s a new location- but it seems like the other location is far better. When is this going to be fixed? So many reviews saying how horrible this place is, if you’re seeing this take their advice.

  The ice cream cones we got were fantastic. The coke was not what I was expecting from a McDonald's Coke. My biggest complaint though is that there was no menu posted on the wall and it's all kiosks and they seem to be disincentivizing human contact at this location. There is also no Drink Machine in the dining area so I can't get my own refills. The guy that brought our food out was nice, the food was delivered in a timely manner. No problems with the order itself.
