  Did the Drive thru so can't comment on the atmosphere. Food and service were great. The wife, who gave me directions, thought we were at a Jersey Mike's so she was a little disappointed but she ate her sandwich. That silly goose!

  The food was good but a 24 minute wait for 2 sandwiches at dine in when we had no orders in front of us is ridiculous! When my husband asked for a refund after waiting 20 minutes, the manager didn't offer any explanation or apology for the wait he just said our order was next and started making the sandwiches.

  I've been to this location twice, which was two too many. The first time the sandwich didn't taste good, but maybe that was just personal preference. I decided to give them another try because I didn't want to drive far (the choices in Payson are quite limited). The sandwich I ordered was around $18 and it consisted of mostly bread. There was literally one thin slice of turkey on most of the sandwich. The only reason they got two stars is because the bread tasted good, however, $18 for a bread sandwich is not a good deal... I will never be returning.

  I freaking love Jimmy John’s especially because they’re so fast. However I placed an online order for ASAP around 5:10 we showed up to the store at 5:35 and have had to wait more than 15 minutes for our food and the drinks and chips were not prepared. Very disappointing
