Don't pull up to the signs and expect a drive thru experience. I waited a bit before I figured out to pull up and order. I just went to the gas station and made my own and it was good.

Ok, I go to Dutch Bro almost every day and they are amazing!!! UNTILL THEY HIRED OLIVA’!!! Wholly cow I’m not sure she could have been one ounce ruder…. We pulled up to the window and we were talking about ordering another drink, Oliva clearly could read the room and was saying something, my daughter turned around and said “ ohh shoot we’re you talking to me? “. And she very rudely snarked. NEVER MIND!! And from that moment on she was just ignorant…. If she is the new face of Dutch bro, 7brew here we come!!! Clearly spent a lot of money. If I ever see her there again I won’t stop

I had a great experience at Dutch Bros today! Serenity provided amazing customer service and was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Today is actually my birthday, and Serenity took the time to wish me a happy birthday, which was such a small but thoughtful gesture that really made my day! 🎂❤️ Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely be coming back. Dutch Bros is lucky to have an employee like Serenity! Great job! ☕️👏 Thank you so much for serenity ! Don’t forget to go to In-N-Out !
