  Another coffee joint that I will never waist money on. This place says they are working on an App which is fine but in the meantime if you don't spend your so called points in 30 days they expire or go away. I emailed headquarters about this and they basically said too bad so sad. Last time I went I used some coupons I got in the mail....no money needed. But what pissed me off was whoever took my order also pushed on my account to use my free drink!!!! Not cool and yes I will never go back!!!!

  I had such a great experience thanks to Kate! It was my first time at 7 Brew and Kate was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I got there. She made sure my order was exactly right and had such a positive attitude the entire time. The service was fast, and friendly and she made me feel very comfortable and she was very inviting. You can tell she really cares about customers and enjoys what she does. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service Kate provided!

  I just wanted to take a minute to leave a review not only for 7 Brew, but especially for one of the most amazing people working there her name is Kate. Every time I come through, she brings such a positive attitude and energy that honestly makes my whole day better. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers, she’s always friendly, quick, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. It’s rare to find someone who works that hard while still being so kind and upbeat. Kate makes the experience more than just grabbing a drink, it actually feels welcoming and personal. 7 Brew is already great, but she’s a huge reason I keep coming back. If anyone deserves recognition, it’s Kate. She’s an absolute rockstar and truly represents what great customer service should look like.

  Went here for the first time the other day while I was having a pretty rough day and just wanted to grab some coffee. One of the workers, I think her name was Kate, completely changed my mood. She was super positive, enthusiastic, and genuinely kind, and just talking to her made my whole day better. The service was really fast too, and the coffee was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Would 100% recommend Seven Brothers Coffee to anyone definitely one of the best coffee spots I’ve been to, and I’ll for sure be coming back.

  Honestly, Starbucks has been my go to for the longest I can remember for the first time I stopped by seven brew and let me tell you first off (Mia Carmen Ash Gracee ) The most sweetest girls very polite. The customer service was great. The girls were very nice and caring to explain the menu to me. I got my first drink for free that was shocking and they waited for me to try and see if I needed anything changed about it. Honestly, the best service I have ever received. Very polite very sweet and generous will definitely be switching up my day routine and coming by to say hi :) and the drink was so yummy. They had so many other options.!!!!
