  Drove up to their business because I took the wrong turn on the highway trying to get to a gas station for lunch I get a 30-minute lunch I drove up to one of their signs that was apparently unoperational I sat there for 5 minutes making myself 10 minutes late for work the lack of communication was dumbfounding for I panic when I'm late so I made sure to burn rubber out of there to express my anger

  The person doing the drive through orders right now. Interrupted me twice during my order to take another order, and of course got the order wrong. Get her some training plus she was rude

  This McDonalds has really gone downhill, food took forever when I tried to order at the kiosk there. I asked for a drink refill and they said no, we don’t do that anymore when all the other places do free refills, it was slow and very disappointing

  I know it’s a fast food place and can’t expect much but all the workers I’ve encountered say this location are so miserable and non friendly pretty sad

  Usually, our experiences with McDonald’s are quite positive. Unfortunately, today was the opposite at the location in Park City, Utah. The person taking our order was not friendly. It was unclear whether he wasn’t paying attention or simply disengaged, but we had to repeat our order multiple times. Even then, we ended up receiving the wrong coffee because he continued repeating a different order back to us. I will attach a photo of the coffee we received, which was very disappointing. The cup was filled almost entirely with ice to the point that we couldn’t even insert a straw properly. When we tried to address this with the employee who handed us our order, she gave my husband a dismissive look and insisted that was how the drink was served. At that point, we chose not to escalate further. Additionally, the ordering experience itself was confusing. One of the menu lines did not display breakfast options, so we had to move to another line just to see the full menu. To make matters worse, some of the menu boards appeared to be loose or falling off, which added to the overall poor impression. Overall, this visit did not meet the standard we typically expect.
