In 2007, we opened to the idea of creating the best pizza we could in Park City. 18 1/2 years later we are still kicking and doing better than ever. We specialize in fire cooked pizza, along with menu that includes a wonderful selection of Appetizers, Soups & Salads, Italian Sandwiches, Entrees, and Desserts. We have a full bar, draught and bottled beers, Italian themed wine list and Italian sodas to boot. We are the place in Park City that is affordable, with a large dining room and beautiful patio for outside dining. Being off of Main Street we have plenty of parking and are easily accessible. Please come and join us!!!

Customer service was incredible and the food tastes amazing. They made the wrong pizza on accident and gave me both of them. Really appreciate the guy in the front greeting customers, he was very nice. Recommend this place to anybody!

Food was a 3 (pizza was pretty subpar), service was a 1. We had a work event at Fuego on June 9th 2026. Most of us were flown in from all over the Country to enjoy Park City. Our waiter (Pete) was less than friendly. Impatient, irritable, and seemed annoyed by us even being there (we had reservations). I can say that our event planner did tell us the wrong time of our reservation and we were an hour late, but I don’t think that was any reason to treat our group so poorly. Also, it was not busy that night. The thing that blows my mind…..we found out that our waiter was actually the owner. Pretty shocked we were treated that way by anyone on staff, but even more shocked it was by the owner. I can’t recommend this restaurant. I can recommend Freshies right around the corner, they were amazing for lunch the next day (no reservation). Do better Fuego. Do better Pete.

Really underwhelming experience. The service and restaurant themselves were both fine, but Fuego’s pizzas really lack flavor— it left me feeling unsatisfied. We ordered and shared a variety of pizzas and this was true of all of them. The crust was dry and bland, the sauce was imperceptible, and the toppings were just alright. I can’t believe how much we paid for such a disappointing meal.

Waste of time and money. Came in during a very slow afternoon and was quoted 10–15 minutes for a simple takeout order. After waiting 35 minutes, it became obvious the order had been forgotten or never made. The young hostess was kind and apologetic, I tipped her. But observing the manager/owner >see know and respond to kitchen staff & hostess and never acknowledged the issue with me as the customer…, apologize, or interact with me once. Just walked by again and again as I sat waiting. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing — easily some of the worst pizza I’ve had, along with an overcooked cold chicken side. As a local resident and someone who’s worked in service for years, this was a disappointing experience. Customer service and food quality both matter, and this place missed badly on both.
