  What an amazing spot we almost missed.. our bartender OM made the most delicious drinks and really felt like I could hang out with him all day . The manager Mike couldn’t be cooler . Definitely check it out if you ever get the chance !

  2 Burgers, 2Fries, 2 Sodas, $60 Great location with beautiful Park City mountain views and very good food—the blue burger and chorizo monthly burger were both excellent, and the truffle fries were delicious. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill due to service. Our server delivered the food, but the french fries were ice cold, and she never came back to check on us or give us a chance to request replacements. The only reason we even got a drink refill was because I flagged her down as she happened to pass by—otherwise our drinks had been sitting empty for over 20 minutes. It felt like our table was completely isolated from the rest of her section, which points to a management issue in how tables were assigned. After we finished eating, she disappeared again—leaving us waiting more than 25 minutes just to pay the bill. I finally had to get up and find the manager, who showed little to no concern. When I told the server she had abandoned our table, she gave a quick apology but never spoke to me again, and the manager had to complete the transaction. His only response was that it was “his fault,” with no real apology or effort to make things right. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of service recovery—no offer to replace the cold food, no proactive refills, no gesture like dessert, and no real acknowledgment of the issue. Even after raising the concern at the resort level, the response felt dismissive. Overall, an experience where good food was completely overshadowed by poor service and lack of accountability—both at the server and management level.

  My dear friend of 50+ years and I stopped by for a bite. We were received by Om (best bartender) and Michael (the best manager). The service was excellent and really above our expectations! Coming back and the next night and the night !!!
