  ​I had a serious food safety and customer service issue at Drafts Burger Bar that needs to be addressed. ​I ordered the Ghost Burger, but was initially brought a Garlic Burger with mushrooms. I immediately notified our server of the error, and the plate was taken back to the kitchen. ​A short time later, a replacement Ghost Burger was brought out. While eating it, I found mushrooms inside the burger. I am allergic to mushrooms, and the Ghost Burger does not list mushrooms as an ingredient. When I raised this issue, staff told me the kitchen made a fresh burger from scratch; however, that does not explain how mushrooms ended up in a menu item that contains none, after the wrong mushroom-topped burger had just been sent back. ​Instead of management coming to the table to speak with us about an active allergen issue and cross-contamination concern, the server was simply told to take the item off the bill. Comping the burger does not resolve a severe allergy risk or the lack of kitchen accountability. Very disappointing service and management.

  Vivi is the MVP and accommodated my very specific girl lunch requests! The food was delicious too!

  Cold wings with just a sprinkle of sauce. The totchos sound and look great but were lacking in flavor. The chocolate shake had a slight gasoline aftertaste. The restaurant was attached to the hotel I stayed at, which was its only saving grace.

  We dined here this afternoon and it was a very underwhelming experience. We sat there waiting for 2 sandwiches, a soup bread bowl and a salad for over 40 minutes wondering if our server was having an off night, if it was the kitchen or maybe the whole restaurant. To our server's defense , she kept getting doubled sat, however, she never touched our table to check in on us for more drinks and/or to simply apologize about the wait. Not until she noticed us staring at her. Once the food finally arrived, the burger and salmon were over cooked, fries extremely salty, bison chilli under-seasoned AND she forgot the salad. Once she finally brought the salad (which was wilted and some rotten leaves) along with a side of ranch we asked for, we asked for the check. What threw us over was after obviously being unsatisfied, we were charged for the side of Ranch lol The manager has no control on how to seat the restaurant. Clearly, if you are short staffed or the kitchen is having long ticket times , you start having guests wait to be seated. We note that this was OUR experience and we hope that the restaurant is receptive to our feedback.

  Terrible. Waited over 2 hours to even get food. When we got it, it was undercooked or put into a freezer. Service did not even refill drinks or ask. Avoided us at all cost after saying food was cold. Waiter even complained about how long it took but did nothing about it. If I could rate this -5 stars I would.
