I ordered the ribeye, and the cut I got was very gristly, chewy, and had a metallic taste in some parts, especially the ribeye cap, which is supposed to be the most tender and flavorful part. I ended up leaving that whole section.
I told the server and explained the issue, but even then, not even a small discount or any gesture to make it right was offered, it's disappointing because they are also a stake house.
Everything else tasted really good, though. The pancakes were great.

My husband and I have always talked great things about this place and showed this place to our friends and family . Today we invited two of our friends for their first time to try this place since we normally don’t have any bad experiences and the food is good but today our Server Ky made our experience uncomfortable, we all ordered our food and she didn’t write it down so we would hope she got our order right, when the food came out i didn’t receive any of my sides and my friend didn’t get her order we waited 10 minutes and no one came to see how we were doing , so my husband decided to go up to the service desk to ask for help since my friend still hadn’t gotten her order or my sides, they advised him that they will send out our server shortly. Then Ky came to our table and asked my friend if she hadn’t gotten her steak plate and my friend answered that she didn’t order stake that she ordered chicken and waffles then Ky said no you ordered stake but if you’d like i can have them make your chicken and waffles quick and my friend answered that that wasn’t what she had ordered and Ky was going back and forth saying that she got the ordered right and that my friend just didn’t know what she ordered which is bizarre to me how does someone not know what they ordered and our whole table heard her say chicken and waffles , it made their fist experience horrible and made our table extremely uncomfortable , we didn’t got refills until the very end of our meal or had our server come back and ask us how our table is doing, we had to go up and ask for refills. Ky gave my friend a $10 card to use for the bad experience she had and she tried using it at check out and she said normally she cant do that but she would this time , we weren’t planning on going a next time . Seems like they aren’t held accountable for their bad service.
I came in with a large fairly late, but they were able to accommodate everyone. The food was… a lot! But that’s not an issue when everything was so great!
I want to leave an extra note for our attender Kyle (the one with really blonde hair) she was great and deserves a raise.
She greeted us as we came in before she knew we were her issue.
My little nephew wanted chocolate pancakes, so she took the normal ones back and made it look so fancy, drizzled in scrumchous chocolate.
She always came at a time we needed, and was always quick to return with what ever was needed. While being funny and professional, but not distantthe whole time!

I hadn’t visited this place in a while even though it’s super close to my house because it’s usually got a long wait - however, we decided for the special occasion of our anniversary we would come and make the effort to get on the list. Ended up not being a long wait at all and the food is just delicious. Whoever is in that kitchen really knows their business. You can always tell by the eggs, my scramble was fluffy perfection. The gravy obviously homemade and wonderful flavor of sausage. As we were wrapping up I said to my husband I was done going to other places for breakfast anymore.

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon around 1 pm, so it was close to closing. There was plenty of parking, but if you're coming on a weekend, it's likely to be very crowded.
We were seated quickly and service was prompt. We didn't really have any strong expectations coming in, although we had checked the reviews, which are overwhelmingly positive. My wife got the NY Strip with the biscuit and gravy on the side. I got the breakfast burrito. She also chose the non-alcoholic Mormosa: OJ with sparkling cider. Initially, all she could taste was orange juice. After stirring with her straw, she tasted more of the sparkliness(?) of the cider, but still tasted like a glass of orange juice. Maybe the ratio was off, or it wasn't mixed right, or she stirred out the carbonation. Either way, sort of a disappointment.
Both meals were tasty in general, but we could tell there was a distinct lack of salt on all the food. The compound butter on her steak helped, but it still tasted underseasoned. The same thing with the burrito, tasted okay with the zesty sour cream and Greek Goddess dressing, but the individual components all lacked salt: home fries (square hash browns), eggs, mushrooms, steak.
My wife loved the biscuit: large in size, soft in the middle, good for dipping or sopping up egg yolks or gravy. The gravy was really good. Highly recommend that.
Altogether, it was an enjoyable experience and we do plan on coming back to try other menu items. I missed the opportunity to order the non-alcoholic Bloody Mary, so I have that to look forward to. And rumor has it, the bacon here is really good. Another thing to try next time.
