The girl was new you could tell. And she was trying her best. But the man Alejandro was something else. He seemed rushed and bothered by having to do his job. When it was time to pay. I had a coupon and the poor kept asking for help. Saying over and over that she needed help. And he completely ignored her. And then was completely rude to her. Her being kind is the only reason i am giving it 2 stars. I think the owner of this place should consider some more training. And maybe an attitude adjustment for Alejandro.

I went to this Subway yesterday evening and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The young employee working was extremely rude, using inappropriate language and swearing while making my sandwich and other customers’ orders.
During my visit, two customers came in to pick up their to-go orders, and he gave them attitude as well. He even rolled his eyes at one of the ladies, which was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
I understand fast food environments can be busy and stressful, but customer service and basic respect should still be expected. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses the situation and provides better training moving forward.

Horrible, incompetent workers. I made an order online and when it said it was ready and I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready and the worker had attitude, turned his head and rolled his eyes. I called him out on it and told him I wanted a refund. Said they couldn’t do a refund. I will never go back to that location. There were two other people there waiting for online orders that said they were ready for pick-up. I suggest the owner of the franchise find some decent workers. I went to the Subway down the street and they fulfilled my order.

I just left the restaurant. The customer service was terrible. I witnessed the guy mocking a delivery driver (who was communicating with him through a translator) and calling his Latino coworker over to take over. What a bad experience and what a terrible time.
