I placed an order through the app and everything seemed fine until I arrived to pick up the order. The store was clearly overwhelmed, with several customers waiting and staff mentioned that they ran out of certain items. After waiting 15 more minutes, someone finally got to me and I was told they couldn't even find my order in the system, even though I confirmed the order, payment, name, and location were all correct. They told me that my order must have been cancelled. I understand the employees were busy and doing what they could, but canceling an order without any notice, without even offering an alternative was frustrating. I had no choice but to go somewhere else to eat. I was told I should receive a refund, but I haven't received one yet.

This store canceled my order without notifying me. I tried to call the store multiple times to find out why. The operate would connect me to the store and I’d be on hold for a minute followed by a busy signal and then disconnected. So apparently they don’t want business.

It’s now happened multiple times that this location has canceled our order without any warning or notice. When you show up at the prescribed time, they just say your order was canceled because they ran out of stock. No pizza, no pasta, no breadsticks. So, what is it you sell here? Just overpriced soda? Soda Hut?

Crazy poor quality service. The pizza was 26 minutes late on being ready for pickup and the staff didn't apologize or anything. Then the food quality was low... Pizza crust was unusually thin and not flavored well. I used to love pizza Hut and saw them as the leader in pizza. Not anymore, though.
