  VERY rude employees 2 girls working with blonde hair were extremely rude and need to not work service if they hate doing their job that much avoid if possible

  Bad customer service. I was trying to decide what to order, but the staff seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to answer my questions or help me. While I was ordering, my toddler accidentally hit his head on the wall, and I asked if they had some ice or anything to help. They were very unfriendly and didn’t even try to assist us in any way. It was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

  This place does not sell a natural juice, everything is artificial. I don't really recommend it, it rained my lunch and my day.

  I normally wouldn’t do this but I feel I have to because the experience I just had was pretty poor. I ordered a medium smoothie and once it was done it came in what’s very clearly a small cup which I guess is fine but when I said to the workers that I asked for a medium, the girls other coworker snapped at me and said, “no that is a medium” which I was caught a little off guard by. I grabbed my drink and walked away but what really upset me was when I went to sit down, I noticed them looking at me and yes there was no chance they weren’t, they were just standing there laughing at me. Now I don’t know if they had a bad day but horrible service and very unprofessional workers there. Very disappointed with this place and would much rather recommend any other place in that mall then those bratty kids that run Orange Julius
