  Tarde mas de 30 minutos en recibir mi comida, nunca había visto que McDonald's fuera tan lento. El personal hacia las cosas tan lento como le fuera posible. Le pedimos si podía darnos la soda en lo que esperábamos la comida y se fue caminando lo mas lento qué pudo, para traernos otra cosa que no era la que pedí. No hay duda, nunca regresaré a ese MacDonalds

  Honestly, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! It’s like everyone is high at this location. They gave me the wrong drink went inside told them they gave me the wrong drink and the guy literally just stared at me then they asked me to park and I waited. 15 minutes, went back inside and they had lost my order.

  These guys are chronically mega slow. And they're sloppy throwing the food together. IDK maybe they're understaffed or something, but they need to improve their processes. And they don't have a fountain drink machine inside for customers to refill which is lame.

  Today’s manager is so bad has a bad nasty attitude. Ask for cup holder and give a nasty attitude. I ask for the manager and she says I’m. Ask for what time can I see her manager and told me to leave her store and don’t come back seems like they hire just any person from the street and with out any manager skills. 6-16-26

  I ordered one double cheeseburger no pickle, and one small fry. After I paid I pulled up to the first pickup window with nobody behind me in line, and they ask me to pull around the corner to wait for my food. It's one burger and one small fry. I said I'd rather not since my order is so small and there's no one behind me. Then someone else came over and tried to force me to pull around the corner. I said no, it takes twice as long and there's no one behind me, he still persisted. At this point someone brought my food and I was done. The burger was smashed together and nothing lined up, meat and cheese almost halfway sticking out of the bun and the fries are burnt with no salt like they scraped the bottom of the fry cooker to get rid of me. Not sure why they want customers to pull around the corner when there's no rush, and it's a simple order but I refuse to do it. Rude service, like their irritated I'm even there. Very consistent with most places these days. If you can't perform simple customer service, then get a job where you don't have to deal with the public. There's lots of options.
