This location takes FOREVER to get your food. FOREVER. I don’t understand how it’s ran so awful. Wait 15 minutes for them to say “wait what did you order?” They asked me 5 different times. This happens every single time, it’s an absolute dumpster fire even if it’s not busy. Then they get your order wrong after all that. Goodness.

I came through the drive thru tonight and was having trouble using my mobile app. I let Hanna know I wanted to use it but wasn’t sure how, and she kindly asked me to pull forward so she could walk me through the steps. Even while helping other cars, she stayed patient, helpful, and very kind the entire time. I really appreciated her great attitude and customer service. Huge shoutout to Hanna — 100% amazing service! 😊
This has to be the worst McDonald's in Utah county. My standards for micky d's is low, but believe the other reviews. It's embarrassing.
Incredibly slow service no matter the time and day, food always cold, missing items from order, the workers will ignore you and will not help if you come to the pickup bar and ask for help.
Today was no different, no napkins, sauces or straws had to go back and get them. Apparently this location no longer does drink refills either. We were told to pay for another drink.
Only positive is that it is conveniently next to Costco. I expect it to be different every time since I like to get food before I shop but I'm left disappointed every time I go. I'll just get a hot dog at Costco when I'm hungry next time.

This is literally the worst McDonald's in Utah. Service is extremely slow, especially if you get pushed to the "next window" or around the corner where they'll let you sit for 10 to 15 minutes while the cars behind you all get their food and move on. Someone will walk by occasionally with orders in hand and ask what you ordered and then rifle through the bags to see if they have your order (shouldn't they know which car ordered what?). When they do finally bring your order, the food is old and cold and you can tell it was sitting the whole time you were waiting. The food is often subpar - hard stale buns and muffins, cold, past due under the heat lamp, missing items, no napkins, whatever, etc. Sometimes it's so bad I'll just throw it away. I've been coming here since they opened and come by often because it's nearby. They struggled when they first opened with the learning curve but eventually got to a "fair" level of service - sometimes even pretty good. But the last few months they've totally tanked and don't even seem to care anymore. There are a couple of good employees (I hope the owners know who they are) and a couple mediocre employees. Most everyone else couldn't care less and one young man (with an accent) is just totally rude and condescending. Needless to say, I'm done. Never going back. Owners and managers need to figure it out or get out of the business. McDonald's corporate needs to take note!

Just had a full-on McDonald's moment… and honestly, it still hits every time.
You walk in thinking, “I’ll just get something small,” and somehow leave with a full tray like you’re preparing for a road trip you never planned.
Let’s talk about the essentials.
That first bite of hot, salty fries is still undefeated. Consistent, crispy, and somehow exactly what you were craving.
The burgers are simple, no-nonsense, and that’s exactly the point. No overthinking, just reliable flavor that does the job every time.
And the drinks? Ice-cold, perfectly carbonated, and for some reason they just taste better here. No explanation needed.
What really stands out is the consistency. Late night, road trip, quick lunch, or random craving, it always delivers the same familiar experience without surprises.
Final verdict:
Fries: iconic and dependable
Burgers: simple but satisfying
Drinks: consistently refreshing
Speed: quick and efficient
Would I go again? That question answers itself.
