  Went to pick up a door dash order gave the code. 3 girls were laughing at me because I have a code to pickup order (for 3 to 5 mins )like door dash link says. Manger as standing right next to them while this was happening. I got the order dropped off, then called the store spoke with the manager (Angelica) she said she does not have time to deal with this because she was on break. And hung up the phone tried to call back and they would not answer the phone.

  I ordered the 2 McGriddles and a sausage and egg biscuit. They must be on an extremely tight budget because the McGriddles literally had nothing, they were just bread wrapped in paper, no meat, no egg, no flavor, nothing, and the biscuit only had a sausage on it. When I called to tell them, they said they would not provide a refund without me driving all the way back. I can't believe someone actually wrapped up bread and gave it to me and my family as a meal. The McGriddle is one of their main products with "Mc" in the name. I didn't realize they couldn't get one of their own promotional options correct... I didn't even special order anything... No food and no refund, very disappointing... next time I know to make sure I don't pay for an empty bag.

  Not too shabby for a McDonald's late at night. Lobby hours weren't posted, but the sweet employee Mary Elizabeth kindly told us the lobby was closed at 11p. She was so sweet and kind to my friends and I. However, the service was mid at best, but expected from McDonalds. I'd say some of the employees didn't speak clear English, which is ok but had some overlap with misunderstandings. Clean lobby, which is rare for a McDonalds. I'd say a rare, yet unexpected decent trip to McDonalds late at night. SENSORY NOTES: wasn't too loud inside since it was so late. The smells were reasonable. Clean environment. Kind & Patient employees. KidsPlace was open when we were there, but I wasn't sure how clean that part of the restaurant was. i'd give it a 4/5 approval for a sensory-friendly environment for anyone with sensory needs

  El peor McDonalds que eh ido. Las papas quemadas y con gusto a aceite quemado, siempre que voy hacen mal mi orden, cuando voy a reclamar me ignoran, y no es la primera vez que pasa, pero no es nuestra culpa que sean así. Siempre pensamos que van a mejorar. Ordené una Double Big Mac y me dieron una single, haciéndome pagar extra por algo que no pedí. Pedí tres helados, dos mcflurries y un cono, nunca llamaron mi número y cuando fui a ver estaban ahí todos derretidos. La verdad no les recomiendo ir a este local ya que nunca cumplen. 0 estrellas la verdad!

  i ordered my 3 year old a happy meal and the two cheeseburgers in a combo on the kiosk, after waiting over 30 minutes i went up to the front desk asked what was taking so long and i was told by the manager “ we don’t have anybody to take your food to the table you’re at” So i said to her “ okay so my food is now cold and been sitting here for over half an hour because you guys failed to even communicate that my food was done and there is not a worker that can bring it to my table- even though that’s the purpose of grabbing a number locator- and weren’t gonna say anything to me about grabbing my food “ If i hadn’t walked up to ask i would have been left sitting with my three year old how dang rude and unacceptable. Manager didn’t try doing anything to correct any of this.
