I cannot give this place a high enough rating. Annie made are trips so rememberable. She took the time to welcome our 4grandkids.

Rude staff. Not sure if the dude was having a bad day but my toddler wanted him to pick the 4th donut as a surprise and he replied with “which one” in a super angry tone. Not coming back to a place that’s rude to literal children.

Im not sure who to send this note too. I visited your orem store, after not coming in for a while. The store was run down and dirty. The windows to the production line and walls were filthy and hand prints all over . You could tell that they had not been cleaned in a while. Krispy was know for the Hot Light and saw it on. Now I don't think I will never come back in as I pass by it regularly. I hope that you get back to what it once was..

This place has changed so much over the last 10 years, and not at all for the better. I can smell corporate meddling from a mile away. It seems the company has decided to put all their energy into delivering donuts to local Walmarts or gas stations, at the expense of their in-house customers. First off, just a HALF dozen donuts cost $14 bucks. They were half that expensive just a few years ago. That’s beyond inflation. Moreover, they’ve started skimping out on the silliest of things. Look at the chocolate sprinkle donut. LOOK AT IT. That same donut used to have so many sprinkles, you couldn’t even see the chocolate icing under it. What happened?? Glad corporate saved a couple of bucks per month per location though. 😑 The store was pretty understaffed and took several minutes to take my order, despite very low foot traffic. If you take your kids inside to see the donut making machine just know it’ll already be off by 10AM on a Saturday. Gotta start early to fill that Walmart quota, am I right? All of this could *maybe* be forgiven, but the last straw was they locked the customer bathrooms with a keypad. They. Locked. The. Bathrooms. I didn’t even bother to ask for a bathroom code because A) it probably would’ve been a few minutes until anybody noticed I was standing at the counter, and B) I’m not going to dignify such an obnoxious and unnecessary policy. All things considered, the corporate cost cutting has completely gutted what was once a great American brand. Avoid this over-priced, understaffed, screw-the-customer establishment. The donuts aren’t even worth it anymore. Awful, awful, awful experience.
