  I love Jimmy John’s but was very disappointed by the management at this location. I asked for them to put my rewards number in which they didn’t, and then when I asked about it again they said I could just scan the QR code on the receipt, and after I pulled out of the driveway I checked my bag and they didn’t even give me my receipt. Definitely go to the Provo Jimmy John’s because they have much better service. The staff at this location seemed very inept.

  I hadn't eaten here in a few years. I had heard rumors that they had really cut back on the amount of meat they put on the sandwiches, but decided to give it a try anyway. Those rumors were absolutely true. I ordered a turkey sub, and there were 2 total slices on the sandwich. The rest was lettuce. I thought it was just a bad day, so I decided to try it again a few days later. Same exact thing. I will not be back at all. I'd rather go to Subway. I can't believe I'm saying that.
