There are so many great choices, and they make bagels every bit as good as I've eaten in NYC and Philadelphia. I usually get a dozen. Even after freezing a few (my spouse and I can't usually eat them all right away), they still taste great.

When we got home, we realized we only got one and the other 3 were cinnamon raisin. On the website it states that if any flavors are unavailable that they would let us choose a replacement at the store. I understand they’re trying to push orders out as quickly as possible, but I’m disappointed that they chose for us and chose the flavor that nobody in my family will eat. The website also said each order would come with a bonus heart shaped bagel for Mother’s Day and that was not included. Disappointing experience.
