    I got my Coffee super fast and the dude working the window was a badass. Whatever they're paying him it's not enough.

    I went to pickup a online order. Mind you I placed this 30 minutes before leaving my house. When I got there they didnt "get my order". Then proceeded to try and make me pay again after I proved my order and payment. Then my order popped up. Anyways not very friendly.

    I don’t usually do this and I don’t want it to reflect their usual service but I went in for two caramel pumpkin brûlée freezes, I could tell that they were made wrong when they came out. I’m not as picky about texture than about flavoring. Even the color was wrong, the picture is of my partners who could actually drink it. I tried the first one and could tell that the ratio of coffee to sweetness was wrong. I had it remade but it was still wrong. I went up this time and explained why and then she tried to tell me that the reason it was bitter was because I got oat milk instead of regular milk or that it was large. Which I felt was incorrect, I’ve gotten this specific freeze with oat milk and large several times and it has been a normal freeze. She did 2 shots of espresso the second time it was remade but it still unfortunately did not taste like I know they usually taste. It tasted like a latte that was just blended, which is not how the freezes usually are, almost always are they sweeter than their latte counterpart, which I have also tried a large with oat milk. I’m just a little displeased with my service today which is usually pretty good at this location. To pay 20 dollars just to have my drink wrong is just upsetting.

    I went to Dutch Bros in Orem and spoke with shift lead Anna about my disappointment with my previous experience. Today, Anna came to the window and told me she didn’t appreciate me talking about her employees and asked that I not discuss them going forward. I’m a loyal customer who spends $70+ a week, but after today, I will no longer be purchasing drinks there. I also work in customer service and understand that customers should be treated with respect. Replacing a drink doesn’t make up for waiting in line with my car running for 10 minutes and then being spoken to this way. Loyal customers are the ones who support your business, and I don’t feel valued as one.
