However how the employees are being treated by this fellow employee I assume is the manger is not okay. This lady with a cursive tattoo on her left arm with a pink earbud bud in her left ear was yelling & swearing at her coworkers who were actually doing their jobs. When this lady asked about her order (because it said it was ready on the screen) this female employee said "Who are you? i'm canceling your order" and stormed into the back. Thankfully other employees there like this blonde girl, John (who's name we learned from the horrible employee yelling at him) this other guy with frameless glasses on his hat and a black ring on the middle finger on his left hand were fabulous.

Even after skimping down on their chicken portion I noticed which is absurd & if there was an option to pay for more chicken I would because of how much I love this sandwich. Now they don’t even offer this sandwich anymore so it’s not even worth ordering the other things I like with it. It’s upsetting because I keep checking back hoping they’ll add it back & keep getting disappointed😅

At around 12:20 I bought a pizza and they said it would take 10 minutes. At 12:40 I went in the store and the screen said my pizza was ready. I asked the girl who was making the pizzas if my pizza was ready because the screen said it was ready. She mumbled 7 minutes. I asked her to give my money back. He coworker yelled at her to give me back my money because she was being rude and disrespectful to me. I asked her if that was my pizza and she said no. I she kicked me out of the store in a very disrespectful way and she said she canceled my order and I am sure the pizza she was cutting was mine. If they don’t return my money I will contact BBB because this place has bad customer service, they are rude and disrespectful. They don’t give you what you pay for. Never going there again.

She yelled and said that wasn’t my pizza and that she canceled my order and to get out of the store. She was the one who was yelling and being so unkind😪 and disrespectful and was accusing me of doing that how manipulative. That girl needs help, she had the worst attitude, so sad. I hope they gave me my money back or I will call the BBB on them.
