  The manager closed up ten minutes early tonight Oct 13 tue. We were there at 10:50 pm on the 13th, but four employees just gave us an "x" sign and locked the doors, even though they were still serving another customer.

  Really bad customer service the white lady working the night shift was extremely loud and rude. Food was okay not worth coming back they were out of almost everything by 9pm when they close at 11.

  Love Chipotle. The food is great when they get it right. Unfortunately when ordering through door dash, they excluded the meat entirely from one of our entrées. Not sure how thats possible, but we were left with it delivered late at night with no way to fix it.

  I have visited this Chipotle location twice in the last few weeks, and both experiences were incredibly frustrating. During my first visit, we arrived about an hour before closing. They were out of a long list of items, which I initially attributed to the late hour. Hoping for a better experience, we decided to give them another chance the following week. We arrived more than two hours before closing, expecting the kitchen to be fully stocked—but unfortunately, it was somehow worse. Once again, they were out of half the menu. Beyond the food, the service and maintenance were lacking. They were out of several sodas, and when we went to grab napkins, the dispenser was empty. The state of the dining room was truly unacceptable; every single table was filthy—not just a few crumbs, but legitimately disgusting—which forced us to eat outside. To top it off, the women’s restroom was flooded, and every trash can, both inside and out, was completely overflowing, including the rack meant for reusable trays. It is clear that the staff has little interest in maintaining basic cleanliness or keeping the restaurant stocked. We watched several other customers walk in, be told the list of items that were out, and immediately turn around to leave. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location. I truly hope management takes the time to address these issues and get this location back to an acceptable standard.

  Completely unacceptable portion sizes. Look at the attached photo: these containers are barely 20% full. It literally looks like someone scraped the bottom of an empty pan and gave me one spoonful of beans, corn, and rice. We pay full price expecting standard portions, not plastic cups filled with air. Zero quality control.
