I’m guessing it has something to do with a certain cook. The main problem is the chicken and rice. Half the time, the chicken tastes undercooked and unseasoned, the rice likes it’s been left out for hours. I had to throw out my bowl today because it wasn’t appetizing at all

I walked in at 10:55 p.m. and even though they were about to close, the employees were so pleasant and accommodating that it was one of the best social interactions I have had all day. They made our orders perfectly and they still had everything in stock and out. The young lady that was preparing my food I put so much toppings in that's they had to wrap the burrito with two tortillas, and they didn't even charge me for a second tortilla. I'm so hungry right now that this extra tortilla means a lot to me. I 100% reccomend this location to everyone.

- MHMia HartApr 9, 20262.0i ❤️ chipotle & i am a frequent customer. however, on multiple occasions at this location, i’ve had a terrible experience with the staff. they’ve been pretty rude & snappy… which leaves me feeling bummed out. i’m willing to pay extra for a side of pico with a kids taco, but i find it weird to charge for that when none of the other locations do? i’ve held myself back from leaving a review multiple times because i understand that sometimes people are just having a day. on the other hand, i do feel like it isn’t that difficult to treat people kindly. all that being said, shoutout to the cute girl with glasses who is super sweet & made up for the other staffs snappy attitude. nothing can come between me & my little tacos but i do hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit it’s intended!
