Opted for the Orem location after a softball game, after 9:00 pm, to pick up carry out. You could tell the staff was whipped after an insanely busy dinner rush, but they were cheerful and kept all their sides full. Our portions were plenty. Kudos to the staff tonight.

We had to say, hello hello, about 5 times before someone served us. The first guy that we said hi to literally looked at us and ignored us and walked away. All the soda machines were down and put away and the chairs were up on the table. The employees clearly decided that they wanted to clse an hour early and got upset when we and then 10 people behind us came in. They did make the food great though. :) Just bad customer service. Apologies for the bad review just had to be honest.

The employee double checked that I was at the right location, but they had no record of my order. I asked if I could get my order anyways, because of the mistake. They said no, I have to take it up with app support. I didn't end up getting anything, because I don't want to double pay for a dang burrito. I was really surprised the employees didn't have the ability to comp food on the spot. It's a really small thing that shows a restaurant actually cares about customers. Annnyways, I had to chat with an AI agent and it took me probably 20 minutes until they confirm the refund. I should NOT have to talk to an AI for order issues. That's just terrible customer service. Which was a great reminder that Chipotle is just another corporate chain. Overall its a small mistake, whatever. But we all know Chipotle's been going downhill and so my review reflects that. I would also like to clarify this is not any of the employees fault, only the fault of Chipotle's app system / bureacracy. SUPPORT LOCAL RESTAURANTS!!!!!!!!!!
