  Food is decent, atmosphere is chill, but the service is horrendous, and a ton of the employees do not care about you at all. There’s a handful of good ones, but usually they’re completely jerks, and act like I’m impeding on their night out or something, it’s pretty ridiculous. I door dash quite a lot as a side gig, usually pretty late at night, and nearly every time there will be hardly anyone in the restaurant, yet I will sit there at the pickup counter for 15 minutes before anyone comes over to help. Often times the food is already done, and I literally make contact with multiple employees in the back, and not a single one comes over to help, and then when they do finally come over, or when I start saying something really loud, they act like complete jerks and act like I ruined their night after literally just asking for the order. Completely ridiculous, clearly the managers, and owner don’t pay any attention to their employees. Also, when I dash earlier in the day, the order’s take horrendously long like 30+ minutes for 10 wings.

  I went to this place on my birthday, it was fine, but tonight was much worse. We were told the place was short staffed and the wait time was 45 minutes. We accepted the wait time and reserved our spot, waited those minutes and checked back in only to hear we had to wait another 30 minutes. At the start the line was full, then it was empty, and filled up again. I would reccomend going to the other locations as we called them and was told there was no wait time. Food was good when we got it the other time I went, but tonight was not a good one.

  Unfortunately there isn't a 0 star review. We walked in 4 adults with 2 kids and there was 2 servers and maybe 4 tables being served. The host and the server Amy both seemed to not want to have us there. They told us they were way too busy for us and wouldn't know when they were able to give us a table. We left and went to a different restaurant that actually wanted us and our money there.

  This was an absolute joke. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited 1 hour and 30 mins to be seated and then 30 mins to get drinks and then another 30 mins to get food. The bill came to $100 to be served cold food and hard to bite in and it felt like the food sat in the kitchen prepared for 40 mins in heater. I can’t belive this Buffalo Wild Wings is even allowed to be in business. I would really recommend prepare yourself before coming here. This is by far one of the worst restaurants I have ever been in. No one came to apologize. Tables where open and needed to be wiped down and no one wanted to do there job. No one came to refill our drinks. We even ordered the unlimited apatizer and would not give us more then 1 round. I saw people walk out because they where just left and they where just waiting for ever

  I hate leaving bad reviews but this had to be said. We came at 4:30 on a Saturday, came early because of a big group. It was not busy but very understaffed. The place was freezing!! We asked multiple times if the air could be adjusted. We had to have some people run out to cars and search for blankets and jackets. Even with jackets on both adults and children were shivering the whole time. The service was not great and food was fine but not as good as BWW normally is. Highly encourage people to go to other places in the area.
