- LRLaura RondónMay 6, 20261.0It’s a shame how employees can turn such delicious ice cream into a bad experience. I went with my family, and we waited almost 15 minutes for two ice creams and a smoothie because the staff kept helping other customers even though we were there first. They took part of our order then ignored us until we had to verbally ask if they were going to finish our order. Apparently one employee was new, but there was very little teamwork or support, which made the experience frustrating. We hope the service improves and that the employees receive better training.
- SCSam CatMay 3, 20265.0It was may 3rd around the evening time, I walk into baskin robbins at Orem on state street and there was about 5 people working, everyone stood there and was just so nice to all the customers and especially my family. this one guy Preston came up to help me and was super nice and friendly! behind him there was a kid his name started with a J but that’s all I can remember, he and some other tall real handsome, sexy body and sexy mustache muscular red headed man. Oh my heavens this guy looked like he was just straight outa heaven just such a sweet handsome young gentlemen. I could go on and on about him. I may be in my 60s but oh my if I were about 5 years younger I’d just be all over him! But anyways they both were just on point helping everyone and even giving out complements while there were 2 girls in the back cleaning stuff up, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve been coming here for years, but now that I’ve seen the smaller scoops, I’ll be looking for a new place. Before, I didn’t mind the price because of the regular scoops. It was fun Baskin ✌🏼

For a $40 cake from a place that sells blank celebration cakes, that’s a pretty basic expectation. The employee was nice, but the only solution offered was that I could go to Smith’s instead. If I wanted a grocery store cake, I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to come here.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
