  They marked my order as ready. I called and they confirmed it was ready. My order was not ready. They person working was clearly marking orders ready prematurely. This led to more orders and her getting more and more behind. What's worse is that she would not be honest with anyone about what was happening. Being short staffed is understandable but dishonesty crosses the line. We left after 45 minutes of waiting and ended up cancelling our order though an email complaint. It was a horrid experience and it will be a long time before I order from this Pizza Hut again. Our order had one pizza and one cinnamon sticks.

  The food is decent, meh at best. There is ZERO customer service here. I waited for more than 30 minutes later than my order was said to be "ready". When i got to the store I said I had a mobile order that was ready (at least I thought it was ready because that's how they had it marked on my app, and on their display screen in the actual building I was standing in. It was upsetting to see that they had marked the order as "Ready". There were, as I could see, soooo many orders filling up the screen and they were all marked "Ready". Many of us, up to 3 or 4 people at a time, stood in the store just waiting for our orders. A lot of DoorDashers complaining about how this was making their time not worth it anymore. Im not mad at the employees who were back there but the person managing this place for letting it be run this way. 0 stars. Im never coming back. Im going to a farther away Pizza Hut on purpose to avoid this one and i want to spread the word to avoid this one. It just won't be worth your time.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY LIE SO MUCH. MY PIZZA NEVER SHOWED UP AND THEY DID NOT REDUND ME MY $60. THEN WHEN I CALLED THE STATUS THEY SAID IT WAS ON ITS WAY 3 TIMES. THEY THEN SAID THEY HAD NOBODY TO DELIVER THE PIZZA. SO THEY LIED WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS ON ITS WAY. I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS A FLUKE AND DECIDED TO GiVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE AND GUESS WHAT ? SAME THING HAPPENED. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES. THE ABSOLUTELY WORSE SERVICE EVER FROM A PIZZA HUT I HAVE EVER RECIEVED. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD.

  4/25/26 arrived at 3 pm to pick up a to go order. The employee, scrawny teenager with shaggy dark hair couldn’t tell if it was a girl or boy doesn’t acknowledge me when I enter. Wait a few minutes and wave while saying “excuse me.” She continues to ignore me. A few minutes later I shout “excuse me” while wildly waving my arms. They finally acknowledge me and say one moment. Wait 5 more minutes as they completely ignore me. It wasn’t until another employee, a guy with longer blonde hair and mustache, comes in from a smoke break and is very kind, helpful, and apologetic. The guy with the blonde hair who helped me was great 5/5 for him. The clueless and bumbling person who couldn’t be bothered to take 5 seconds to grab my order should be fired immediately. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such rude service but I’ll never be coming back to Pizza Hut if they’re working here.
