  4/25/26 arrived at 3 pm to pick up a to go order. The employee, scrawny teenager with shaggy dark hair couldn’t tell if it was a girl or boy doesn’t acknowledge me when I enter. Wait a few minutes and wave while saying “excuse me.” She continues to ignore me. A few minutes later I shout “excuse me” while wildly waving my arms. They finally acknowledge me and say one moment. Wait 5 more minutes as they completely ignore me. It wasn’t until another employee, a guy with longer blonde hair and mustache, comes in from a smoke break and is very kind, helpful, and apologetic. The guy with the blonde hair who helped me was great 5/5 for him. The clueless and bumbling person who couldn’t be bothered to take 5 seconds to grab my order should be fired immediately. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such rude service but I’ll never be coming back to Pizza Hut if they’re working here.

  Ordered wings and 2 pizzas only got the wings still the same amount of money will never order from this place again and I suggest u do the same!

  I ordered ahead by about 3 hours so that I could have delivery for the company I had over for the evening. My driver was texting me from the lobby saying they were waiting for it but the food was not there. I called multiple times to the store with no answer and I just wanted to get my money back for the order I never recieved. I can’t get a live person to help.
