  The staff was alright but I did find a hair EMBEDDED in my food and being pregnant that’s absolutely disgusting to me. This store doesn’t follow health department protocols at all and style their hair OUTSIDE their hats instead of in a manner that doesn’t get hair in peoples food. To note, it was the manager on shift who made my food considering she was the only one on shift with the same colored hair and she was actively tucking her hair behind her ear when I walked back into the store for a refund.(assuming they were the manager because they issued me a refund and not the other worker) I didn’t catch her name but she had short hair, gauges and bigger glasses. I absolutely love jimmy johns but will NEVER be visiting this location again

  My blood sugar was low while I was grocery shopping so I went through the drive thru to cash in some of my points for a sandwich. UPS had parked their big box trucks in front of the drive thru speaker so they asked me to come to the window. Catherine (?) was very kind and showed me how to use my app and then asked if I wanted a side for the inconvenience. She didn’t have to offer that but I really appreciated it!! Service like this is why I choose Jimmy John’s over any other sandwich shop.

  Spent 20 minutes at the window after paying watching them make online order after online order. Definitely not freaky fast.
