  We asked for 2 separate orders and they combined them. Thats okay they ended up splitting them up, but forgot to ask for a rewards number so we didnt receive any points towards our purchase. The first order was fine except they put ice in my drink when i asked for no ice. The second order (which was the most expensive @ $26) was pretty messed up. They forgot the guacamole and the cheese and they also didnt cut the sandwich. We were overall satisfied with the staff but they could pay closer attention to detail. We were a bit disappointed to spend that much and receive very little care. Im sure if we came back they would have fixed it, but why not just get it right the first time?

  Had ordered a good amount of food. They asked for my phone # for points and didn't even put it in. Had asked for avocado and they charged for me and didn't put any on. Stealing from me. Dang near 3 dollar charge for something they didn't put on. I live in Ogden will go to another Jimmy John's. This store just ain't it.

  This is by FAR the slowest Jimmy John’s to ever exist. Not only that, but they frequently screw up orders. Ordered a beach club with no tomato and got a turkey sandwich with nothing but mayo…. Go to any other location.

  Frequent Jimmy John’s customer but when I was eating my sandwich this time and took a bite and looked inside and found a bug and lost my appetite after.

  This location good, the food always tastes good, but my fried onions are almost always forgotten 😭
