  Stopped in for what was supposed to be a quick snack. 1 large, 1 medium 1 kids smoothie. 1 person working. 1 young darker girl standing around behind the counter and 1 person in the lobby. After I ordered 5 other customers came in. And then all 5 left before I received my smoothies. The very unorganized older employee blamed the blenders. But the other 5 customers smoothies blended fine. After 40 minutes of waiting. The younger employee put 2 medium cups of a very watery smoothie on the counter, it was supposed to be a kids size, a chunky half full medium size smoothie not blended , and a large not blended purple smoothie that spilled all over the counter, myself, and it stained my pants and shoes. The younger employee just stood there and watched me clean up the mess she made of my drinks. $35 for barely edible smoothies and my personal items were damaged. I usually go to Clinton location. Their service is pretty bad too but at least my smoothies are edible and my clothes don't get ruined. New blenders. Better trained employees with better attitudes and an actual desire to work. Something needs to be fixed badly.

  Ashley and Selena took good care of me, asked me how I was doing and wrote happy birthday on my cup! One of the best smoothies I've ever had!

  *WARNING FOR ALLERGY PEOPLE* I really love Jamba don't get me wrong but it sucks I really can't eat here anymore. I have a peanut allergy and I always order the Chunky Strawberry bowl with no peanut butter. I have had zero issues with any other location making sure they don't put any peanuts into it, but for this location it has happened no joke TEN TIMES! After the first two times where I unknowingly ate peanuts after leaving the store and having to return to get a new bowl I've had to ask every time if they remembered no peanuts and each time I've had to sit and wait for a whole new bowl. It sucks that allergies are not taken seriously at this location and I hope they get better but I can't keep risking my life for a bowl since cleary I can't trust them to improve 😕

  I stopped by this Jamba Juice on a hot afternoon, and it hit the spot. The place was clean, bright, and had that fresh fruit smell the moment I walked in. My smoothie was blended perfectly—thick enough to feel like a treat but still easy to sip. I also appreciated that the staff stayed friendly even while keeping a steady line moving. It's always nice when you don't feel rushed. What I enjoy about this location is how consistent it is. Whether you're grabbing something after the gym, cooling off on a hot day, or just looking for a better alternative to fast food, it delivers. I like that you can actually taste the fruit instead of just a bunch of sugar. My only challenge is deciding which flavor to order because I always think I should try something new... and somehow leave with an old favorite anyway. That's probably a good problem to have.
