- NLNancy Ann LindquistAug 12, 20261.0I placed a Door Dash order for 2 Veggie Sandwiches and selected options: lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, ketchup, mustard ONLY (on both) and 1 large French fry. The sandwiches were a mess. Both had a tiny bit of lettuce, 2 tomato slices, pickles, and some type of barbecue sauce. One sandwich had sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms and the other sautéed mushrooms. Both were soggy and disgusting! Very unappealing. I contacted Door Dash with pics and was offered a refund for the cost of the sandwiches plus Door Dash credits for the inconvenience. I was going to just re-order, but thought I’d call the store first to give them a heads up and to watch for another order. I called the Ogden store 3 or 4 times and no one answered the phone. Did not place order and took my business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

This time I ordered two bacon burgers with everything in it, but when I got home and opened the bag, all I got was meat between two buns. No toppings. Nothing. If I wanted plain burgers, I could’ve made them myself. I had to go to my fridge just to add mayo and ketchup. I paid $24 for two burgers that were basically bread and meat and sprinkle on bacon. That’s ridiculous. Total waste of money.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
