  Snot warning. Filthy behavior of staff. Was waiting for my order (ordered through the app) and one of the employees (very skinny, shoulder length hair, if that) came in from her break at approximately noon, walked right past me and my daughter, wiped her nose all over her hand and went right back to working on food and drinks. I just said "Go ahead and cancel my order, and please wash your hands after wiping your nose before going back to work on people's food". That was some of the most disgusting, careless behavior I've ever seen in a food service setting. I don't pay to eat other people's snot. Absolutely repulsed. I don't write reviews, but man this one needed it. Gee, I wonder how much other people's snot I've ingested in the last month...

  Don't bother trying to call them if you need to specify a request to your online order. Door dash only gives the option to withhold cheese without specifying which kind. I can't eat cream cheese, but I like cheddar just fine. So I figured I'd give them a quick call and ask them to not withhold the cheddar. The option number 3 in their phone menu to connect to the store just endlessly loops you back to the pre recorded messages. They clearly turn the phones off to minimize how much they interact with customers. To top it all off, they still added all cheese to the sandwich even though I ordered it without. Lol. At least I got the cheddar cheese I wanted, but had to throw the whole thing away because of the cream cheese. Which could have been avoided with a 30 second phone conversation. I won't be ordering from here again. Why would I?

  Great bagels. Staff lady has attitude. Don’t care if there’s napkins in the bag, if I ask for napkins, please get me napkins.

  I asked for toasted, not burnt to a crisp! Honestly, if you were a worker there and did this, wouldn't it be obvious that you'd need to redo it? This wasn't the first time they've done this to me, but it will be the last. I'm not wasting my money here again.

  First time and last time I go to this location . Walked in floors where dirty looked like it wasn't swept , case was empty half of the bagle looked very old . Cashier suggested to get a dozen cream cheese would be free a horrible experience
