    I’ve been to tons of Dutch Bros locations from Southern California to Northern California, Arizona, and Utah. Sophia is by far the best Broista I’ve had the pleasure of being served by! She had such a positive attitude and provided genuinely outstanding customer service. She made the whole experience fun and welcoming, and the entire team did a great job getting our drinks prepared quickly. Everything tasted great! This is exactly the type of customer service I expect from Dutch Bros and what keeps people coming back. Sophia absolutely stands out and deserves some recognition. Thank you Sophia, for making our visit to Dutch Bros such an awesome experience today! Highly recommend this location and if Sophia is working, you’re in great hands!

    I had a drive through order.My order said it was ready but I was in line 15 min waiting for my order. End up it was sitting in the fridge. They weren't even busy. Coffee was good service was horrible!

    Every time I come here I am very pleased with my experience! The workers are all very nice, the service is always fast and the drinks are always 10/10. And kudos to Mallory because she was super awesome and she got my drink perfect!

    The service here was terrible, me and my spouse had gone to the window and ordered our drinks and waited patiently, some men came next and they were friends of an employee inside and their drinks were made first and they had come after us. Which i think is terribly rude just because they knew the employees personally, mallory was the one who took their order. Do better please.
