Did an online order so i wouldn't have to waot in the 20 car pile up... online order took longer than every one of those 20 cars and all of the walk ups that came in after me. It was like they were laughing and making it a goal to get us way after a normal in person order. Won't do that again.

I love Dutch but it’s happened twice now where my order has gone missing. The first time they were busy so I placed my order at the window. They call out this girls order who was two orders after me. The girl who was after me went up to the window and was like “I was before her.” Turns out her order got lost in drive thru. So I had to go up and ask if the same thing happened to mine. Yep. It just was chilling on the drive thru counter. Mind you it’s been over 20 minutes now. The second time, yesterday. I placed my order on my way to work, before I got on the freeway so like 10/15 minutes before I even got to Dutch. I pull up, tell them my name, and she can’t find my order. It had been made, but got handed out. The first time I let it slide but the second time, they weren’t even busy. I go to this location because it’s right by my work. I’ll just have to leave early and go to the one that’s semi close to my house.
