  Absolutely love the vibe at this coffee spot! The staff is super friendly and always ready to recommend something delicious. I can't get enough of their flavored cold brews; they really know how to serve up a tasty drink!

  I ordered a stoplight blended with a sour shot and a hot chocolate with whipped cream, both large. I pulled up to the window she handed me a large ICED rebel that was missing a good 8-10 oz of the drink. I handed it back because it wasn’t what I ordered. She remade the drink and it came without a sour shot and on top of that the whipped cream I was UPSOLD wasn’t even on the hot chocolate. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but it repeatedly happens with the same crew every single time I come at night. It’s beyond ridiculous at this point and I’d rather give my business the Scooters Coffee shop down the road. They may take 2-3 minutes for my drink to be ready but at least they talk to me nicely and make my drink right the first time leaving me with a smile, instead of giving me a really rude attitude and making my drink incorrectly AGAIN because either she failed to do basic reading of a KDS screen or your order taker was inept at pushing buttons. BOTH of which really aren’t that hard and can be done at high school level which apparently your heavily tattooed, pierced, and well above 18 year old employees CANT do. Seriously disappointed with the lack of service and training at this establishment, it’s deplorable.

  I usually never have any problems with this location except for today which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of one or two. I get an aquaberry tea usually 2x extra sweet but this location struggles to make it extra sweet so I changed it to 3x extra sweet today. In the past I’ve been able to taste my drink when they hand it to me and ask them to add more flavor to it (since I’m paying for it I want it right) they usually just take the drink back and add more flavor and we’re good. In the past I’ve even been told “thanks for letting us fix it instead of dealing with it being wrong” today even tho I changed it to 3x extra sweet it was like it had one scoop of flavor. I asked her if she could add more flavor to it and she grabbed it and turned around to the other girls and told them. They stood there talking for a second and then said they couldn’t cause i took a drink out of it. I said “I’ve never had problems before” and they gave me the flavoring in a second cup. I think I might start driving the 15 minutes to pleasant view Dutch bros just so I don’t have to deal with conflicting statements from each employee.
