I won't ever use your establishment again after the way my family was treated at your Ogden, UT location. First, WAY overpriced ice cream, but it's more about the experience and we've been willing to pay for that... until tonight. Never again. Zero Stars Negative if possible. We have a son with special needs. Food is extremely difficult for us to find what he will eat. And when it's not right, it can become a major issue. What do you expect when you ask for plain vanilla? I think any normal person would expect plain vanilla. But bite after bite he was getting raspberries and pink ice cream. So I let the employees know that they got other ice cream mixed into his vanilla and asked if they'd get him a clean scoop. We ordered a regular scoop originally. I even said just a child's scoop would be fine. I threw the other scoop away and took the replacement back to the table. To my surprise they called after me demanding I pay for their mistake. I told them there was no way I was paying when they screwed up the initial order. Their response - "Well I can't help that he picked a flavor adjacent to another flavor he didn't like." SERIOUSLY ?!?! That's how you train your staff. Then all of them piled on. When I asked for a manager, they had to call one. Really? Not a single one of them could understand? They had to continue to persist that we pay for a child's size scoop to replace the full size scoop that THEY SCREWED UP all because heaven forbid my child "picked a flavor adjacent to one he didn't like." Never again Baskin-Robbins. We'll buy quarts of ice cream from our friendly neighborhood grocery store for less than the cost of a child's scoop from now on. Completely ridiculous to be treated that way.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
