They advertised it as a half pound. I believe it. This Arby's usually does better than every other Arby's in the city. I've rarely had a problem with them and when I do it's usually with some of their specialty sandwiches that aren't around for long like that barbecue sandwich they had a few months ago where they didn't actually make the sandwich they had to do the ingredients and told you to make it yourself but every Arby's was doing it that way. Honestly I'm still pissed off about that. But that promotion is long since over so there's no point in complaining about that. This Arby's usually does a good job with their regular food. Honestly my only complaint about this visit is this stupid Berry sauce they give you with the jalapeno poppers. Who eats jalapenos with berry dipping sauce? Seriously at least give us the option to select a different sauce instead of just putting that in there by default and assuming that we're one of the sociopaths that for some reason thinks that jalapenos go with berries. I got so many of these freaking sauces because they never bothered to ask what sauce would you like with that in regards to the jalapeno poppers. But that's again a thing that happens at every Arby's I've been to none of them ask when you order the jalapeno poppers what sauce would you like with that they all just assume that for some reason you're some freak who likes berries with jalapenos. But at least here they get your order right there are other Arby's in this town where I have never once gotten that correct order from them this place usually does fine as long as you don't order the specialty items then it's a bit of a coin toss.

This Arby's will be closed soon. Too slow to keep up with other sandwich places in the area. Management must not be able to retain employees or train them. Waited 35 mins for a French dip. Sad to see it go.

Went in the evening to drive thru, very skimpy on the cheese on my beef and cheddar, took a very long time to get thru even tho only one car ahead of me.

I ordered from DoorDash so not sure on the quality of service and atmosphere but the food was horrible. I got two beef and cheddars and the cheesesteak, the beef tasted like rubber and just overall was nasty. The cheesesteak had a super overwhelming onion taste it was awful and the meat was obviously low quality. I do not recommend.

Ordered a steak and cheese here and while it was ok it reminds me a bit too much like hamburger helper stroganoff since it's a sauce and it tended to be tough to chew. The other menu items I have ordered are great though.
