  We visited the 12th Street location, and while the service at the drive-thru was acceptable, our experience after getting home was very disappointing. We were missing our order of mozzarella sticks, which was frustrating. Even more concerning, when my daughter opened the au jus that came with her French dip sandwich, there was a piece of plastic at the bottom of the container. Finding a foreign piece of plastic in our food is completely unacceptable and is a serious food-safety concern. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues with their staff.

  First of all, let me start by saying I love Arby’s. I grew up having their food on road trips, and my favorite things are their roast beef sandwiches and potato cakes. All that being said, during the few lousy years they didn’t serve potato cakes, I was stuck with their mediocre curly fries (just not my favorite). They were usually fine, until one evening (April 9, 2024, to be exact), I found an unexpected surprise in my fries from this location. A bolt; likely from some kitchen machinery, but a bolt nonetheless. Thankfully I spotted it before unknowingly popping it into my mouth and breaking a tooth… or worse. This location also serves pretty nasty lemonade, so I quit getting it after a few tries. It’s like someone forgot to change the lemonade bib on the machine every single time. Those are the reasons this location will only receive 3 stars from this customer. Hopefully they can improve these issues for future customers.

  The night manager is amazing! I have noticed a huge shift in this store’s performance since she started in September! Ask for Amber! She’s amazing!
