  Absolutely horrible customer service. Placed an uber order for pickup. Big lady at the front ignored us for at least 10 minutes. Finally asked if we had an uber order, I confirmed and showed her my order, she replied with “uber orders take a bit longer” which I replied I understand. Sat down to wait, 25 minutes later she had another team member come and tell us they could not find my order and wanted to confirm I was at the correct store, which was comfirmed and had to re tell my order. He then brought my food over, COLD. Order was to be picked up at 5:43, got food at 6:20. The only thing they did is get me “fresh” fries, undercooked. The manager working tonight needs to be fired, she stood there 90% of the time, talking shit about customers.. while another employee enjoyed a full meal and a cigarette before coming in and telling me they can’t find my order. Absolutely disgusted at this woman and wondering how on earth she is a manager or even an employee at that. We USED to love Arby’s but because of the way that lady decides to run that store and send out absolutely atrocious food to PAYING customers that are just trying to feed a family we will NOT return. May that lady humble herself and not forget its customers like us she even has that job. Read other reviews and seems this is an ongoing problem for that specific lady. Disgusting. Do better Arby’s.

  Just ordered from 12th street location and they left my 4 piece mozz stick out of my bag. Didn't realize until i got home

  I love this place yummy fun and interactive food is so delicious and frostys so good it is medium fast on making food not loud around you it is quiet but barley a bit loud just disdent talking but awsome drinks and food all together it is so amazing love it here!!!!!!!!!!! prices a bit expensive but still amazing!!!!!
