  My husband grew up in this area and has always talked highly of Kirt's. I wanted ice cream so we went and my gosh it took forever. We ordered one shake and one Sunday. The car next to us came up after we did, ordered after we did and got their ice cream and finished it before we even got ours. During that waiting time they came out and told us they were out of cookie dough okay fine, but the fact that the car next to us basically came and went before the workers even spoke to us let alone give us our ice cream is ridiculous. The atmosphere is cute and old and I saw on the menu they have beer bettered fries which I love but I don't have any desire to go back. Also the ice cream isn't even soft serve, it's that cheap gritty ice cream that you get at like a buffet. Like it taste like it's been frozen too many times. For being a "popular" place in this area you would think they would have it together better. I'm really disappointed

  Well I have to say hire more cooks or speed up your service. Waiting 30 minutes for a simple Burger is quite ridiculous. If I wanted to wait that long I would go to a restaurant where I would sit and dine! the employees are polite that a good thing. But let get the service of the food a little more kick on to speed. What happened to the 3-5 minute rule! The sad part was it was a slow time only there was five people in dine in and one car parked for drive in.

  Horrible service. We were completely ignored and ended up taking our money elsewhere. If you want good customer service, I would not recommend this place. Don’t go here if you don’t want to be ignored. Thank you for responding. I appreciate the apology. It was actually my first time visiting, and I was really excited to try your food because I kept seeing your posts on Instagram. I also live just down the road, so I was looking forward to becoming a regular customer. Unfortunately, I waited about 10 minutes while the employee helped everyone else. I kept saying, “Excuse me,” and she looked at me multiple times but never acknowledged me or let me know she’d be with me shortly. After waiting and feeling ignored, we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. I appreciate you reaching out and taking the time to respond. I hope this experience helps improve things for future customers.

  My boyfriend and I waited 30 minutes for our food. Once we got it his sandwich had onions on it even tho he asked for it without because he is allergic to them. Both of our food was cold, soggy and had little flavor. Will not be coming here again.
