  Drive-through is incredibly slow, and we weren't even here during a lunch rush. I just needed a quick meal to get to an appointment at the other end of the valley. And it looks like we're going to be late, because they are just so slow.

  Went to the drive thru, was there for 35 minutes. Originally brought me the wrong order. Then, the order they did give me, they dumped the fries upside down in the bag. The attitude from the male teen workin the drive-thru (I think, because two different people attempted to take my order at the same time), was the wildest thing I've ever seen from someone in a customer service position. They were out of drink trays, so I had to find a way to put 4 drinks in my vehicle without support. On top of all that, My wife's Gyro was wrong. They put about 4 pieces of meat on it, didn't take the onions off, and didn't give us any sauce. Never had an experience like this here, but I'll no longer be going to this location. Atrocious visit, today.

  Took 5 mins just to get acknowledged. And then another 5 mins for them to take my order. And then another 3 or 4 mins for me just to pay. And then I had a question and it took them 5 mins to talk to me. I feel like it shouldn't take that long just to get an order taken.
