  I came In with my husband and we were standing waiting to order and in the back you could the manager tell the staff that you’re making excuses and it’s not okay what not. First off instead of lecturing them in front of customers take them to the back and talk to them it’s embarrassing. And I got the #7 and the chicken was rubbery.

  Waited forever at the drive-through literally 30 minutes after I ordered my food took 15 minutes to order my food plus when I got my food, I ordered a large feel like I got a medium fry half full had to argue with him just to give me my drink. My jalapeño poppers were so overcooked now I know what took so long very poor management very disappointed probably will not ever go back to this Arby’s.

  This Arby's really pisses me off. Today’s service needs to be reviewed. I got there, there was no one in the drive thru one worker was talking on her phone outside (probably a break) I waited at the speaker for 3 minutes (thinking they were busy inside) I said hello and was met with annoyance. Listen, I gave you 3-4 minutes of silence before finally saying something to you. I’ve worked fast food for 6 years. When your headset dings, greet the customer, if you are busy say “I will be with you in just a sec!” If you just ignore a customer it’s not a good look. Secondly, I ordered online, I live 10 minutes away, it should’ve been ready, packed and checked before I even got there, especially because it was not busy. I got to the window, crickets. A song later and the kid opens the window and with a tiny voice asks “any sauce” I said I’m sorry, what? (My brain didn’t process at the time” then he deadpans and says it again, still very quietly. He hands me my stuff. I leave, had a huge gut feeling to check my bag. It’s not the first time this location has “forgotten” something. I was missing an item. I go back around and the girl is still talking on her phone, I go inside and the kid is all by himself. It’s 1pm… shouldn’t there be more employees? I get it it’s Sunday…. But really? There’s 1 patron in the lobby. So my theory of it being “busy” was wrong. I brush it off and he meets my look with instant “Mac and cheese right?” Regardless of this interaction. Most of my interactions here are negative. Whether I met with annoyance attitude, or missing items, this Arby’s never leaves a good taste in my mouth. Do better
