  I think Arby's has the best breakfast menu, but many locations don't offer it. Whenever I am driving through a town in the morning with an Arby's that has breakfast I will stop in and order. Last Saturday I knew I would be passing through Nephi, Utah but realized I would not make it before the breakfast menu ended. I called the store and asked if they could make me 2 Sausage, Egg, & Cheese breakfast wraps before the lunch menu started. They were very willing. I made it 15 minutes into the lunch menu, and they had my 2 wraps hot and ready to go. Great people, great food!

  Tell them exactly how you want your cheesesteak, they have no clue in the kichun. As for customer service? May as well talk to a rock, no personalities at this place.

  I normally dont eat at Arby's, however I was on a road trip and needed something quick to eat. This place was great, cool staff and they made the food real good and order was accurate.

  Last night I ordered 2 meals, one with crinkle fries and one with a 4 piece mozzarella stick. After we left the window we realized we got curly fries for both meals, so we pulled out front and went in to ask if we could get what we ordered. the girls working were very rude and kept asking us “are you sure?”. After a lot of convincing, and having the receipt, they made us our crinkle fries and mozzarella sticks. the only problem is they POURED as much salt as they could on both the fries and mozz sticks. it was so bad, we couldn’t even eat them. so us going in to try and get our order fixed was pointless. absolutely horrible service and waste of money
