  Tell them exactly how you want your cheesesteak, they have no clue in the kichun. As for customer service? May as well talk to a rock, no personalities at this place.

  I normally dont eat at Arby's, however I was on a road trip and needed something quick to eat. This place was great, cool staff and they made the food real good and order was accurate.

  Last night I ordered 2 meals, one with crinkle fries and one with a 4 piece mozzarella stick. After we left the window we realized we got curly fries for both meals, so we pulled out front and went in to ask if we could get what we ordered. the girls working were very rude and kept asking us “are you sure?”. After a lot of convincing, and having the receipt, they made us our crinkle fries and mozzarella sticks. the only problem is they POURED as much salt as they could on both the fries and mozz sticks. it was so bad, we couldn’t even eat them. so us going in to try and get our order fixed was pointless. absolutely horrible service and waste of money

  Me and my boyfriend went to Arby’s and man to be honest the girl that took our order and gave us our food was so sweet. When you go to fast food restaurants you rarely get a smile or a sweet compliment from workers but this girl knew what she was doing. She smiled and was very nice and she complimented the plant in my car 🥺 And food was perfect lol
