  The got half my order wrong, missed several items. They refused to give me the items they missed and told me they couldn't give me a refund. Will never be back.

  Oh boy, I don’t even know where to start. I did an app order for pickup through drive thru and it took 30mins to get my order. I pull up and they hand me a bag and I ask if everything is in the bag and they confirm it is. I pull over to double check and what do you know…every single thing is wrong. I’m confused and then look on the bag and realize that they gave me someone else’s bag. So if your name is Lacey or Lancey and you ordered Taco Bell at this location on Monday. I have some really bad news. I touched three of your tacos that you probably ate, the naked chicken taco especially😭how do I know you ate the taco, because when I went back inside to get my correct order one of the workers just grabbed the bag from me and put it back on the shelf and said it was a DoorDash order.😭yuck I’m almost certain that goes against food regulations😭😭😭anyways I def won’t be back here. Staff is slow all around and every bit of that word.

  I had a pretty frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. They were out of rice, which I understand can happen, but instead of offering a meaningful solution rather than extra ingredients that already came in the burrito, they gave me expired coupons as compensation. Expired coupons aren't helpful and just added to the disappointment. To make things worse, I had to wait about 5 minutes just for fries, and I ended up sitting in the drive-thru for around 15 minutes total while at least 8 cars piled up behind me. The ironic part is that the employees told me DoorDash drivers are supposed to come inside because "the order will be ready" and because it "helps keep the drive-thru moving." Yet I just spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru waiting on a regular order that wasn't ready. If the goal is to keep the drive-thru efficient, that certainly wasn't reflected in my experience. Running out of ingredients happens, but poor communication, long wait times, and handing out expired coupons instead of a real resolution made this a very disappointing visit. I hope management takes a closer look at both customer service and how orders are being handled.
