  I had a pretty frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. They were out of rice, which I understand can happen, but instead of offering a meaningful solution rather than extra ingredients that already came in the burrito, they gave me expired coupons as compensation. Expired coupons aren't helpful and just added to the disappointment. To make things worse, I had to wait about 5 minutes just for fries, and I ended up sitting in the drive-thru for around 15 minutes total while at least 8 cars piled up behind me. The ironic part is that the employees told me DoorDash drivers are supposed to come inside because "the order will be ready" and because it "helps keep the drive-thru moving." Yet I just spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru waiting on a regular order that wasn't ready. If the goal is to keep the drive-thru efficient, that certainly wasn't reflected in my experience. Running out of ingredients happens, but poor communication, long wait times, and handing out expired coupons instead of a real resolution made this a very disappointing visit. I hope management takes a closer look at both customer service and how orders are being handled.

  This Murray location is disgustingly rude. Everyone here is, especially the three girls working late night. There’s a taller white girl, a bigger ginger lady, and a big lightskin woman who give us the dirtiest looks and rudest service. The general manager here is also unprofessional and should look into firing or re-training all her employees. I’m definitely gonna be letting corporate know about this store, their employees and management.

  The big darker girl on night crew is incredibly rude and disrespectful and constantly tries to fight customers, the tall blonde blatantly disrespects everyone on the headset and makes everyone seem like an inconvenience and the manager Taylor does nothing about it. And there’s a little kid working in the window who basically throws the food out of the window at people. I would be embarrassed to be running this store; if I could give zero stars I would. If you want to be degraded and have people touch their nasty phones and then touch your food this is the store for you .

  Everyone here is so rude, especially the three girls working late night. We went through the drive thru one time, and a younger girl literally threw the bag inside my car instead of handing it to me in my hand. The general manager here is also unprofessional and should look into firing or retrain all her employees. This is no way to treat regular customers, So I’m definitely letting corporate know about this store, their employees and management.

  Murray location. Absolutely disgusting. The person who took our drive through order was a condensating jerk. He didn't listen to anything we said. Food was not wrapped right and thrown in a bag. After getting home, the tacos fell out of the paper making a mess, and the Mexican pizza was smashed by the food thrown on it. The burritos and tacos were all soaked through the paper, I don't know how the paper bag stayed together. 2/13/26
