  I’ve had Panera’s packaged soups from the store but never actually gone to one of their locations until today. I had looked over the menu myself with nothing particularly sounding just right for the moment and I was worried about seeming unprepared as I approached the drive thru. I was honest that i’d never been there and was hoping for a recommendation as far as sandwiches went. They were extremely sweet, patient, and helpful offering me their personal favorite as well as a customer favorite. I went with theirs which was the Chicken Bacon Ranch with extra ranch and on a whim decided on the Green Goddess Cobb Salad for my try two combo. As I reached the window I was greeted by Bug who I believe took my order and was incredibly sweet! I pulled in to a drive thru spot as my food would rightfully take just a second longer and Bug delivered it to my car. The sandwich was genuinely so phenomenal and I couldn’t have asked for a better choice and the salad was also very good. Will definitely be returning and trying some new things!

  TERRIBLE i waited 35 min in the drive thru with three cars in front of me ON TOP of that i had to park in the curb side and wait another 10 min for MY SOUP and MAC n CHEESE

  Never have the selection of drinks they advertise. Always some excuse as to why their teas/lemonade are unavailable. They show available when you order in the app but not available when you get to the location to pick up your order. When you ask the workers about it their customer service is extremely poor and mo refunds offered for your product not being available. Just choose a different option from the fountain.

  Dominik was so pleasant on opening week! Perfect spot right off of state st and they also have a drive thru. The food prep however isn’t as great as Id like (grew up on this in Cali). I order the same things but either my drink of sandwich always comes out a bit different. I dont modify things either. I prefer the Riverton location more but it has a lot of potential!

  I had the saddest experience here today! I had approximately $20 left on a gift card that I only got two months ago, but when I got to the window it was declined. The employee asked their manager for help but the manager just said I must not have money left so “oh well.” But I am confident I still had money on it… The employee basically told me to come back another day when a better manager is there who will actually help. Anyways, didn’t love that attitude about customer service/problem solving and won’t be getting gift cards there in the future. Went home and cried because I had really been looking forward to treating myself with the gift card my husband gave me.
