  I've only been to one other Panera bread once, and it's just as horrible this time as well. Pay $35 for two sandwiches, wait 15 minutes with no other customers Just happen to be the most convenient place for a sandwich at the time, this is exactly what why I hesitated coming here.

  Absolutely terrible experience. We waited 15 minutes just for soup, even though the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Then, instead of the bowl I expected, I was served a tiny cup in a big bowl and calling it chicken noodle soup is honestly a joke. It was basically just broth with barely anything in it. Seriously? Waiting 15 minutes to get a cup of broth and calling it chicken noodle soup? Completely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. Shame on you guys. Do better.

  Stopped by on a recent visit to SLC. This location looks great!—likely a newer location and a bit more stylish than those in my hometown. I was part of a small group of colleagues and we were served well while the Panera team was pushing out a large catering order. Food quality was really good, too. Enjoyed my visit—good experience.

  Bug was amazing! Had an early morning at the car shop, so I figured I’d head to Panera to get some work done. They set me up with the best recommendations.

  Pleasant interactions and good customer service are usually hard to find at a drive-thru. Not here though, Olivia took my order with a positive demeanor and a friendly smile. Hire more people like Olivia! (Food is consistently tasty too)
