- LTleigh ann taylor4 days ago2.0No one was available to take an order. Ordered at the kiosk but there were no table markers available. Our order was taken to the wrong table and the employee complained to us because the markers were absent. The dining room was dirty. They brought one staw for two drinks and when I asked for another one I was ignored first, then yelled at when I asked again. Won't be back.

You have to order on a screen and you have to pay on a screen. I felt like a robot. I just still prefer the friendliness of a good atmosphere. They're more worried about money obviously than anything else. Not everybody wants to be served by a freaking robot. Or AI for that matter.

Was made to wait after paying at the 2nd window and only had 2 cars in front of me and 1 behind me. The 2 previous cars also were made to wait on their orders after paying as well. So long wait time for only 2 items. Not very fast for fast food restaurant. Will avoid this location in the future because I felt like it was because of the staff and their inability to run a well organized team of restaurant cooks.
