I pulled up and was ordering my food, in middle of that, they stopped taking my order and started taking the other car's order adding it to my order. I said hello a few times, no one replied. I drive up to the window and the female gave me a total, I told her that's not my total because I wasn't finished ordering. She reads the other person's food on my order and I told her I didn't order that. She walks off, a female manager came, I told her the same thing. She says they're the only 2 people working. Ok. But, that's not my order. I'm not paying for someone else's food. I drove off without anything. I'm so over McDonald's. Which reminds me, the other location close by charged me a few months ago and I never got a refund. Thanks McDonald's for kick starting my weight loss journey. Smh

- CSChris sanchezMar 31, 20265.0That food was delicious I tried the big arch it was very delicious and very big I was not able to eat all of it however I feel that the friendliness of the people is not there anymore if you walk into the restaurant you have to wait quite a while before you are helped because they want you to do it online but I have a lot of problems with the online app so sometimes I have to go in but the help is not there anymore they don't attend to the register and that is very depressing

We had 5 cars pass us in the drive through line because nobody seems to know what they are doing. Then after waiting all that time we got sent forward to a wait line where there are 4 others cars waiting when there was only us 5 cars in the line to begin with. Horrible service horrible drive through horrible location horrible management horrible establishment.
