- IOIsaac OrtizMar 18, 20261.0I’ve come here several times over the years, and unfortunately the service has gradually gotten worse each time. The employees are often rude and not attentive. When it gets busy, everything slows down significantly, and the staff can be short or unfriendly. There have also been multiple instances where I was given the wrong change, which is frustrating. Several of my friends have had similar negative experiences, so it doesn’t seem like an isolated issue. On top of that, cleanliness is a concern. The place doesn’t always seem sanitary, and there have been times when the smoothies tasted off. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed and hope they improve both their customer service and quality.
