There have been 2 times I have seen the “manager” embarrassing and reprimanding an employee while I was standing there. Not only that, the service is extremely slow and I have to wait long periods of time for my food or for a dash delivery to be ready. I am not satisfied with this location.

We waited over 20 mins for 2 drinks that we ordered on the app, hoping it would be quicker than standing in line, but turned out that wasn't the case. There were a lot of customers waiting for their orders, so it was absolute chaos as everyone was crowding the restaurant. By the time 15 minutes had passed, we went to the counter to check on our order. They finally noticed us and asked what the name on our order was. Turns out our frosted drink was made and sitting on the side, not to be claimed and our other lemonade got lost in the system. We told them what we ordered and they rudely responded. We showed them our online receipt and they went to their system to see if our order was there. Not too sure if they were trying to make sure we weren't lying, or seeing if our order accidentally got removed before it was fully done being made. But after 20 minutes, we finally got our order... two drinks. Unfortunately by that time our frosted lemonade looked a little sad and defrosted. We understand they were overwhelmed with the lunch rush, but we were hoping for more coming from Chick-fil-a and their well-known, kind service.

When I finally sat down to eat, I opened the Chick-fil-A bag and found that my large fries were only about half full. I returned to the restaurant and politely asked if they could fill the fries to the top of the container. The manager, or at least the employee wearing black who appeared to be the manager, accused me of eating some of the fries and suggested they had spilled into the bag, even though I showed her the empty bag. The employee in red was the one who had actually handed me my order, while the employee in black had been sitting on her phone. Despite that, the employee in black insisted that she had handed me the fries herself and claimed they were full when they were not. I went back to my husband and explained what happened. He went inside to speak with them, and after that, they replaced the fries with a new order.
