- JHJohn HewesMay 9, 20263.0I have always loved the food at Chick-fil-A, but this time was a real disappointment. The chicken sandwich I ordered didn't look anything like the photo on their website. It was small, swallowed up by the bun and slightly overdone. Family members ordered chicken strips but received chicken nuggets which were also overdone, and the grilled chicken another had, was also noticeably smaller and less juicy than in the past. I can't really blame them for the atmosphere as this was a mall food court booth. My mistake--we were lucky to find a table.I won't be going back to any Chick-fil-A for a while.
